Location was excellent within close proximity to nearby malls and easy to get onto the freeway. Breakfast was included in stay and lots of it, with the lunch and dinner choices excellent too. Service of staff was excellent and even did our washing and ironing. We had a beautiful view over the pool and the Union Building in the distance.

The hotel didn’t have dedicated driver service and we were let down by relying on company outside of this hotel. The hotel also does not have 24 hour service to rely on. Visitors from overseas should also be informed not to rely on Google maps for navigation.

The staff were amazing The room was beautifully furnished (executive suite with garden view), the size of the TV was great, the bathroom is stylish with heated floors which is amazing during winter. The room was super warm with super comfortable king sized bed The restaurant food was well presented and extremely delicious 😋 😍 👌 We loved that the pantry was available 24/7 and it was nicely stocked. And it is so convenient that the restaurant is open throughout the day including for lunch and dinner. We will definitely come back 😊😊😊😊 thank you for making our stay special

From the moment I arrived until I left, I was well-tended to. Each staff member from the security guard at the gate to the butler at the door were well-trained in their area. Shadreck who works as a butler went above and beyond in his duties. One evening he brought one of my visitor's cars around in the pouring rain. He had a few of my items steam cleaned and was always upbeat and cheerful in our interactions. I also enjoyed access to the 24/7 pantry although some of the desserts were not fresh. The property itself is peaceful although I expected a slightly more dramatic pool and view of the city however, I went there to rest and that is what I got. It was a seamless experience.

The balconies that look out onto the city are in real close proximity to one another so it did not feel very private. A few of the tall trees on the property obscure your view of the city so a bit of rebranding when advertising the rooms might be necessary (please do not cut down the trees, just manage guest expectations). No umbrellas in the rooms for days when it pours down.

Previously we had received a selection of breakfast items, fruit, juice, yogurts, cheese, pastries and a cooked option. We now had juice, coffee and to choose one option from a menu, (cooked or yogurt/oats) but what we had was tasty and nicely presented.

Kenny welcomed us with a big smile, and was very attentive throughout our stay. The dinner was really special, and Tristan looked after us so well in the Wine Cellar. The room was nice, but there are a few maintenance issues that could easily be addressed. The breakfast was good, tasty and served in great surroundings.

The spa treatments were not the greatest - my wife had the Collagen Revitalise facial and the therapist hurt her while taking off the mask, and didn't even apologise.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, well furnished and very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were great! Big portions and very well presented. The staff are really friendly and efficient.

The inside dining area seems less extravagant than the rest of the hotel. Somehow it felt like something was lacking. Perhaps a start would be to remove the empty fish tank in the corner. We did not receive our complimentary anniversary treat which I requested and had confirmation on.

The staff is very welcoming and attentive. We had some specific requests, and they accommodated us without any issues. The meals are delicious and the menu offers a good variety. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The coffee station in the rooms offers a coffee machine, fruit, and even a welcome gin and tonic. A pantry is open to all guests with a selection of books to read as well as some very delicious snacks. The view of

This place deserves its 5 star rating. The staff were very professional and friendly. Could see they were trained to focus on customer service. From the security guards to the butlers, waiters and management. The room was excellent with the luxuries and comfort you would expect from a 5 star establishment. Super comfy bed, top quality linen and beddings. The bathroom is a site to behold. Our room 19 was very private. The food at the restaurant was excellent. They are not the cheapest around but their prices are warranted.

There could have been a bit more hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothing and towels.

This place is beautiful. Great place to go to relax. Shadrek really took care of us. Making sure we had what we need. Sang happy birthday which was a lovely surprise. The food was delicious also.

The bed was uncomfortable. It felt like it had an electric blanket that made the bed not be smooth. The couch looked good but just old and basically worn out (sinks in when sitting).

I lost my left my white top in the room where I was sleeping and called them just after I had left to check if they didn’t see it, and they said they did not see it till today I have not heard anything from them, it’s quiet strange how a guest can loose their belongings in a space that has few rooms like their place, really disappointing.
