Our room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable. They stocked the fridge and we had fresh fruit in the room which was a lovely added bonus. The views are incredible!

The dinner option was a fixed menu and it did not quite meet with our expectation for the price of the meal. The wine was very over priced and targeted to the International market.

We spontaneously spent one night at the castello. A really good decision. The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in went fast and we received a spacious beautiful room with high ceilings, old paintings and a wonderful view to the city. We also decided to get diner at the castello. We had only two choices for starter and main course, but both totally delicious. We were surprised that there were so little guest. We hope for the future there will be more, so it’s more lively.

From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve traveled to a completely new place. They have a very welcoming atmosphere and I immediately felt comfortable when the staff welcomed us. Your experience means everything to them and they will go out of their way to make sure it’s one to remember. My husband and I celebrated our 16 year anniversary and they truly made it a unique experience. Thank you Castellos.

The property is lovely, and feels like an Italian villa.

It’s in a gated community, which is not disclosed on the website. After being directed by Google maps into a fence several times, we called the hotel to explain how to get in. That info should have been provided ahead of time.

The staff were so welcoming. The view at the rooftop was wonderful and cleanliness at its best. I enjoyed the drinks in the mini bar, the tea and coffee plus my basket of fruits. Also the welcoming note was lovely

Beautiful hotel. Chef was amazing. Our room was gorgeous. Enjoyed sunning ourselves on our terrace. This was actually our second time staying.

Hot water dsnt last long enough to take a bath

The location was perfect, the room was specious and service brilliant!

Unfortunately, the dinner was not good at all.The main meal and desert was well below standard for such an establishment! But the below standard food was overshadowed by the facilities and friendly staff!!

The view and the size of the room.

We got there when the venue was hosting a year end function, so we didn't feel super important. I also expected to made felt a little more special, as I did mention to the venue that we were celebrating our 10y wedding anniversary.

Lovely venue, friendly staff. Amazing meals & restaurant. Reception helpful & prompt.
