We were checked in earlier immediately we arrived at 12;30hrs. Fridge in the room made us have extra drinks and safe in the room ensured our documents were kept secure.

Told to checked out in one when we tried to extend due to cancellation of our flight booking. Despite engaging reservations and reception a night before.They equally asked us to extend using booking.com and not on the property. It was frustrating.

Perfect food, good customer service, and love the smell when you enter the hotel. There was this specific male employee (forgot the name), he was very polite and helpful. I complimented his service, but he was not around when I left. He must keep up the exceptional customer service!

My flight was scheduled for late in the afternoon, and I requested to check out at least at noon, but the receptionist said it was not possible, so I had to lock up my luggage in the storeroom and go hang around before leaving.

The staff were great, very professional, genuinely friendly, and very accommodating. They truly made me feel at home. The hotel is a hub of activity for the local area, there are many parties, events and celebrations there, so it never feels dull.

The rooms were quite dark. Some of the rooms get the noise from the music in the bar downstairs, especially during Friday and Saturday nights. The fridges in the room can be noisy at times.

It was an ideal location close to a mall and central location to uber around and into Joburg. Staff where very friendly and as helpful as can be. I loved the aspect of having room service with a great menu!

The pool opening times coincided with meal times , leaving not much privacy if you want to swim and guests are watching swimmers whilst they eat.

Everything was great from welcoming drink , reception lady was so friendly when we check in ..The room we booked was exceptional..The dinner was delicious . The other thing that was outstanding was we came late from the concert and we were so amazed that the hotel has 24hr placing order for food .thus for certain food on the menu .....that was the greatest idea cause we came back late from concert and very hungry lol ...not forgeting the soft pillow and bed . ...looking forward to book again in the future ..keep up the great work ..4rom Pops and daughter 👌🏽

The reception we received was wonderful. Thankdeka was very pleasant and accommodating due to us arriving early. The gesture of a " DRINK" on the house was thoughtful. KG and Theo were wonderful and pleasant when assisting with drinks throughout the stay. Theo, was good to speak to and has a sense of humor that makes one comfortable. The decor and ambiance of the place was amazing and love how each setting has a different vibe. The DJ was entertaining as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. The dessert spread at dinner (buffet) was AMAZING! Compliments to the pastry Chef! Breakfast was spectacular!

The only down side is that , the dinner (buffet) was not up to standard. The rice was overcooked and there was limited spread of mains. The starters, with the exception of the sushi was also not to our liking. The was no airfreshner at the hotel bathroom

Wonderful place, with welcoming people Accessible to Menlyn Park, 5 min walking. 10 min driving to Netcare East Pretoria Hospital. Restaurant very comfortable with lovely food, breakfast enjoyable.

Well, I had to ask to clean the floor and vacuum the carpet on my 3rd day. And they did.

Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. We ordered in room dining, and the food arrived exactly 25 minutes as said. We ate the salmon and it was perfectly cooked without bones. Highly recommend.

The halls were a bit dark, but it was just because of all the gray and black tones of the hotel. It is beautiful during the day.

I just love everything about it though. it was a mom and 1yr old daughter getaway. the location in excellent and very close to N1 plus Menlyn Mall. the breakfast and dinner buffet I enjoyed. the room was nicely decorated and for the price it met my expectations. the stuff were ok. and they agreed to let me check out at 10:45 instead of 10oclock without any fee.

it's not their problem but was sad 😢 that I couldn't manage to extend my stay by 1 day. it was fully booked. I love the hotel and will always be my number 1 spot in pretoria

Comfortably

I was so disappointed to arrive at 17:00 for check -in only to be told that we must wait while they are still preparing for our room. We went to the room as Iwe wanted to change because we were going to attend an event,. The room was rearranged as cleaners were still busy making up the beds.
