We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious—perfect for our little busy bodies to move around comfortably. Breakfast was just the right amount to start our day, and we appreciated the variety. We’ll definitely be back!

The only downsides to our stay were the skylights in the room, which let in a lot of light during the day—this made it a bit tricky to settle the little ones down for naps. The TV also had limited channels, and we weren’t able to connect our own smart devices to stream shows, which would have helped with winding down the kids in the evenings. Additionally, only two bottles of water were provided for our family for the entire weekend, which felt a little limited.

The service I got was really great, our suite was clean and paid for the romantic set up was really nice, everything they said they will do they did and am really happy about that. The booking was a surprise for my partner as we were celebrating his birthday and he was truly happy about everything. The breakfast exceeded my expectation with all the options and it was delicious. Big thank you to Tumi at the reception, she helped me through the booking and requests. It was truly value for money and will definitely be coming back and recommend the place to my peers

Their breakfast options and the food was so delicious I ordered omelet my partner English breakfast we enjoyed our breakfast with beautiful view at dining and our room has pool and garden view I like it

Their bedroom finisher needs upgrade is very old modern the catains also not lookable very agly in color also the room was full of old modern staff the couch, carpet, woodrop , lamp I didn't enjoy my room though the view was ok they need to upgrade their rooms

Very nice modern accommodation. Rooms beautiful and a very relaxing quiet atmosphere. Staff very friendly and I enjoyed the amazing breakfast.

There was only shampoo and no conditioner. Luckily I brought my own. Just a suggestion to look at the lock of the room, was a bit loose. Better safety in front of door, otherwise all good.

Quiet and very private , beautiful architecture and view from my room - exceptional clean and more towels in the bathroom were provided, the linen was white like snow & warm just the way I like it - A special light was provided in advance in case of load-shading midnight , the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and welcoming.

Unfortunately I didnot eat my ribs they were nothing like I am used too - but I enjoyed the chips and salad was fresh and very tasty -

The staff are truly wonderful and helpful...the place is smaller than it appears on the site but the room was comfortable and the people make you feel at home and went out of their way to assist when I needed assistance on a few things. Great Lodge...

It is a bit too close to the highway but the soudproof seems to work well especially when the doors and windows are closed...otherwise everything else was good.

Our Stay was awesome although it was a late in and and a early out

The only thing that I can suggest you improve in the room we stayed in there was only 1 small tea saucer plate to dish up one , so there were no plates to eat from but wr had a take away and used the small saucer to warm the food

This was really one of the best places we have had n romantic outing to. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff was amazing. Food and drinks were served according to our needs and it was delicious. I would defenately visit again and reccomend this Hotel to any couple any time. Thank you so much for recieving us with so much enthusiasism and making us feel so welcome from booking in up until booking out. Everything was perfect and defenately made our stay special.

I barely ever review places I go to but here I had to take my time just to appreciate the place The Room was big and had both a Shower and Bath with Shampoo and Shower Gel included also there was a backup Generator for when the power went out For those that don't drink Tap water, there is complimentary bottled water in the room fridge Just ate a Watermelon due to lack of time but breakfast looked Amazing The stuff was friendly and communicated very well There was so many towels in the bedroom and bathroom which was great.

These are not dislikes but rather suggestions for a more epic venue The door was rather difficult to lock plz fix it for future guests At least provide 2 Wine glasses in the room, normal glasses are great but some wine glasses would be awesome too.
