Pay quite a bit for the room and then still pay R20 for parking . I know thats a small amount but more about the principle -- why must we pay to park there!?

The checkin process was seamless. The room was clean.

The room didn't have a nice view. When standing at the window, the balcony was so dirty.

Breakfast and personel was superb Passages was quite David of security was friendly and always willing to help. Well done. Somebody to have on your team. Building always clean and fresh. Room service excellent We could visit Dinokeng Game Reserve without worrying.

Parking. But we understand it is safe and because of limited space We are from Vereeniging, and because our type of vehicle is a target in the market I made a quick summary that it was safe and can't be driven into street because of obstacles like controlled gate and white cement balls. After chating to David of security and watching my vehicle from room, watching David operate I felt comfortable. Thanks

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with a water leak in the sink, and not only was it fixed promptly, but they also suggested moving me to another room to ensure my comfort. The room was cleaned constantly, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh every day. The food overall was consistently great. My room had a nice and quiet view.

The one downside was that deliveries were not allowed to be brought upstairs. This was inconvenient, especially when I was unable to pick up my order while in the shower.

This hotel has always been our go to for many many years! Still as good as ever!

The refurbishment at the dining area was obviously happening and the breakfast not as good as always but understandable. Would've been nice to maybe have had a discount on that. The eggs were ice cold and the selection/variety of foods not as vast. But im sure it will be back to normal once renovations have been completed. Staying again next weekend and hoping it will be a little better.

Breakfast, location, network , i loved breakfast team very friendly , cleanliness, housekeeping ladies were very friendly and of help . I liked thato and another lady who really helped me their customer service is top notch as well as the waiters they were very kind .

Laundry bags services , crossing the street every morning to postnet the other street to pick documents it took me 50 minutes its very risky how i wish docs can be printed at the hotel even at a small fee .

Breakfast was fabulous. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had everything required and was spacious.

We could have had 2 pouches of milk each, so both of us could have had a morning and an evening cup of tea. Every so often we could smell smoke. Not sure where the smokers were, or how it was getting in our room (aircon perhaps) but that was unpleasant. Also smelt it in the corridor on occasion.

The property is so close to Hatfield and it’s very convenient when you have important errands to run in Pretoria. Breakfast was good and there were 2 delicious dishes that I don’t usually see served at breakfast in other hotels. I don’t know how this place only has 7.8 on booking.com, the property is exceptional and deserves a far better rating.

Early cleaning times, I was still asleep at 9am when the cleaners knocked on the door and woke me up.

The Christmas lunch was surprisingly very organised… I liked how well informed the staff members were and I also appreciated the prompt response whenever we needed help in the room and around the property… It was very peaceful so we really enjoyed our stay…

There was no option to use NETFLIX or Disney Plus for my kids… 😬 After room services I noted that the dishes kinda stayed in the corridors for a long time…

The Staff we amazing, the only complaint is the up keep of the hotel, no maintenance check done regularly on the rooms, we had to move rooms as the aircon was not working, the shower leaked and then in our new room the tap in the basin sprayed out like a very hard shower you couldn't brush your teeth or wash you hands without getting water all over yourself. other then that the hotel is great, very comfortable and great location
