The rooms were neat and clean.. Very beautiful apartments

What l didn't like about the apartment was the process of deposit refund in which l believe you are supposed to notify us on bookings.com app that it takes up to 7 to 14 days depending with bank... I was not told that it will take that much when l made the security deposit l was told the time was checking out of which it was inconvenient because had other plans to do with money. If l was notified about it was going to be better.. So when you think of booking just know that your deposit will take upto 14 days depending with your bank please "Note"

It’s very safe ,clean and has all the stuff you will need. The location is amazing because its central to everything

Booked a studio and we could hear everything happening nextdoor , so when we return i will definitely choose an apartment

The design of the place was superb, it had everything that we needed from Cutlery, Towels, iron, etc! The place was also very clean and the bedrooms were really nice and comfortable!

It was a bit too cold and the checkin process is a bit much(the requirement of ID copies for all guests) and the R1000 deposit was a bit off putting.

The apartment is modern and well equipped and had everything that we needed. There is parking under carports on a first come first served basis. It is a safe environment to stay in. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was clean. I did mention to the manager on duty that we unfortunately didn't receive dish towels and that the floors were sticky with tile cleaner, because it was not mopped with clean water AFTER cleaning with the tile cleaner.

The R1000 breakage deposit payable upfront is not a pleasant surprise. If you pay with your card, you are only reimbursed within 7 days' time. Who carries that amount of cash with them these days? I had to drive especially to go and draw money in order to get my money back quicker. I enquired WHY such a high deposit was required and was informed that the students book and don't look after the place and they break things. But then I feel that an exception should be made when it is a family staying in the apartment. Punish the people who are guilty of misconduct. Don't inconvenience the ones who are not.

The apartments are great, well equipped, and clean. Beds are great too!!! Not very often does a person find a hotel with truly great beds but Circa Aparthotel has it. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

The check in process was very unorganized and slow. The reception staff are the first people you meet upon arrival and the lack of hospitality is felt and seen. The staff felt very detached and distracted. The permanent residents also have no consideration for guests, they don't have their access cards and expect the reception staff to just drop that they doing and open the security point for them. The one resident said to the reception staff "just open, you know i live here man!"

That my room didn't have a bath tab and they gave me a One -bedroom Apartment and I paid for Superior Apartment 🤦😔

I was welcome by a friendly receptionist and escorted to my room. The room was clean, beautiful and the bed was also comfortable.The apartment is cozy

There no Aircon so if gets cold you are probably going to freeze. The middle light on the ceiling keeps blinking a lot so it's kinda irritating and the shower door doesn't close properly.We had an issue with our netflix,we therefore reported it but only to get help after 2-3hrs. Please add more sugar and coffee sachets, how can we survive with 4 sachets for 3 days.

Location was perfect. An affluent and safe neighbourhood. Didn’t have a car but the Ubers and Uber ear were always available regardless of the time.

Took me over 40 minutes to be actually assisted at reception. Was not made aware in time that the security deposit of R1000 should be physical cash, if you pay by card it will take a few days to return to your account. The reception staff also helped people that got there after me. It was annoying.

Was only informed of security deposit when checking in. Fortunately, the refund was processed promptly after my departure.

The location was great and there was plenty of parking.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the movements of your neighbours. If I had stayed longer, this would probably have bothered me. There was access control at the front entrance of the building, but the back door leading to the parking area was completely open, with no access control. Perhaps security could be increased there.
