On arrival the room that was given to us was not the one booked but God worked miraculously before I could lodge a complain and managed to get what I booked

Everything was excellent

Beautiful property, exactly as advertised. Shower was big enough, even two people could easily fit. The water was hot the whole day. Beautiful shared kitchen with all the facilities needed.

Friendly host and staff. The property is gated and fenced and in a good location so felt very safe, also it is not too far from Menlyn mall. Clean and comfortable beds - kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. Separate shower room, toilet and sink/basin means each can be used separately without 'interference' - the shower in the room was amazing!

Breakfast was ok, but some of it could be more DIY to make quicker. e.g. bread and toaster could be in the open so that guests can prepare for themselves, like the juice/tea. Wi-Fi signal in some corners of the room was not as strong.

The room was so comfortable and clean. That is all we wanted and we got exactly what we wanted. The breakfast was really delicious and this the first time that we could check out at 11am.

The only downside was that the glass sliding door before we got to our room was incredibly difficult to open. If this is fixed, we'll give a 10 next time.

The breakfast was fresh and the location is great, closer to facilities.

Perhaps a professional cooker would help to diversify the meals.

I liked the treatment and their breakfast

On spa massage they did not have some of the things we wanted.

The breakfast was terrific, and the location is outstanding. It's the perfect place to spend time with family.
