The vintage allure of the whole place is amazing,it has a rustic look to it. A place trapped in time,but moving forward with a new goal in mind. If you enjoy learning about the history of places,then this hotel will satisfy that itch as a bonus you can eat there,drink there,sleep there . There's a wine cellar,for romantic dinners I could go on and on but I won't. It's an amazing place.

There's no microwave in the room. The old flat screen tv. It's the 21st century,just get a smart tv and allow guests to connect their various devices or accounts to watch what they want at their leisure.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience warm and personal. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. While the hotel is on the older side, it has a charm and rich history that add character to the experience. The breakfast was simple but decent enough to get the day started. Overall, it’s fantastic value for money, especially if you enjoy a place with a story to tell. We would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was simple and adequate, but I believe adding a bit more variety could enhance the overall experience for guests.

* The breakfast food was well prepared but I would suggest a bit more variety; * On the last day there was a fly in the breakfast juice pitcher; * We had no TV for the whole 4 days and they could not fix it; * The restaurant is great and cosy and an asset to the hotel.

The mattress on our first bed was in a poor condition and we battled to climb the steps to the first floor; Then they moved us to the ground floor to a better room - with the defective TV!!

We recently had a family wedding to attend and this hotel could accommodate all 13 of us traveling together. Compared to the others places that we were considering this was the most reasonably priced. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. The team assisted with all our requests including early arrival late return after the wedding, late check out, rooms to accommodate the elderly, the young adults and everyone with their own needs. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We only stayed one night, I will return if I need to be in Cullinan again. Ps..the team really did their best to assist us, which is what one appreciate most if you need accommodation for something specific. We hank you 😊

If is not ideal for elderly people or persons with disabilities as rooms are only accessible via stairs.

The spa specifically was fantabulous. Both staff and treatments received were of very high quality, and Phumi and Princess is extremely professional in doing the treatments for us. The food overall was albeit simple from breakfast to lunch, and dinner was very scrumptious and tasty. The staff overall were most welcoming, friendly, and again as professional every single day.

The room we chose was a bit small but very comfortable and homely so nothing really was to our dislike.

Old world charm with many interesting paraphernalia to explore. Even an underground wine cellar that we rented for dinner! The bar is old school with a pool table. Dinner and breakfast was modest, but well prepared and tasty and the staff was friendly and eager to assist. The Deluxe Suite with Balcony was well priced and large. The hotel is walking distance to the restaurants and some other venues worth exploring.

Cullinan is a little dilapidated and therefore one expected more to explore.

Review of Cullinan premier Hotel and spa sat 17.6.23- sun 18.6.23. The hotel was built in 1905. Central location to the mine. We stayed in Room number 7. Comfortable king bed, large bathroom, and historical decor all around the hotel with old artefacts for sale. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast served off a menu. Lovely quaint shops by main train station and tourist Street. The mine earned its place in history of the Cullinan diamond in 1905, the largest rough gem diamond ever found at 3,106 carats, cut to form the two most important diamonds in the British Crown Jewels. The Premier Mine is an underground diamond mine owned by Petra Diamonds in the town of Cullinan, 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Pretoria, Gauteng Province, South Africa. Established in 1902, renamed the Cullinan Diamond Mine in November 2003 in celebration of its centenary. Coffee and food spots: In Oak Ave: *Cullinan trading post* cocopan coffees. *Just Ginger*, sweet shop Harries pancakes. *Heart of Stone* gift shop at railway station.

I recently stayed at the Premier Hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Luyanda and the team were very attentive and friendly, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. The English breakfast was particularly delicious, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The only downside was the selection of DSTV channels. There were no channels specifically for kids, so my children were a bit bored. I would suggest that the hotel improve this in the future. Overall, I had a great stay at the Premier Hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Breakfast was nice. Cereal, fruit, juice, yogurt and hot beverages selection and then a medium sized hot breakfast cooked to order consisting of eggs, bacon, cheese griller, tomato, mushrooms and toast. We loved the private balcony of the royal suite. Keri is a fantastic hostess. She made our stay twice as special and memorable. Thank you for the extra touches to congratulate us on our anniversary. We appreciate it!

Hard to fault anything. This only comes down to our personal taste, but I think the portraits of the clowns in the royal suite doesn't fit in with the rest of the room's decor.
