We liked how helpful and nice were everyone who works here. They helped us and take care of us (2 girls traveling) since the day we arrived. George was adorable, he called us and made sure we made it to the hotel safetly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Especially me, that I need go, firm bed. This is the one!!! the room is very spacaus. Nice mirror and very clean in general. Breakfast was good. GOOD HUMMUS! i was surprised. And again, THE PEOPLE made everything outstanding.

I think the location was the only thing we didn't like much. It's very close to main sites in Jerusalem and most things to visit in Jerusalem it's easy. Transportation is goo. You can also go working to Bethelem, however, any other place, you need to get a car or prepare yourself with a lot of times because most times are not close by.

The breakfast was wonderful. Zaki was cheerful and sweet and made fresh, delicious personalized breakfasts. He and his wife were helpful and accommodating with every aspect of my stay. It is located very close to the entry to Bethlehem, so not safe to walk on the roads at night, but I still recommend it highly.

Sometimes the cigarette smell bothered me.

the location was just out of the city centre with ampble parking and a quiet well kept garden to sit in. The staff were expectionally friendly and every need was taken care of instantly. The rooms were big with a roomy new bathroom

the AC was not very stong

The room was clean. Tea, coffee, water and toiletries were complimentary. Had breakfast Inc. with the room. Staff there to help.

Location tricky to find if you're using Google Maps. When we arrived we requested to have some dinner and asked to see a menu, the waiter told us some prices without providing a menu and when we had to pay the bill prices were different from what he told us so that was a bit disappointing for such a nice hotel.

Simplicity. Christian quietness. Diligence of the staff. Emptiness of the place the time we were there. Cleanliness. Comfort of the bedding. Abundant Breakfast.

Very small fitness. A pity it misses a spa or a sauna.
