The couple who are managing the place seemed very obliging whatever I asked for it was provided the. Room was clean the spa was great they are only new but very nice as I have mentioned all my needs were met to make my stay a happy one

Because of the pricing and the economy I found there were things that weren't provided like a hair dryer I will say that all ones basic needs are met it's comfortable and in extremely hot weather the room was very cool with an air conditioner and fan both worked really well

The location was great. Short walk to the river, supermarket, pubs and shops. The supermarket has a great range. There are a few petrol station close by as well. Check in was painless and the motel is close to Perry Sandhills, well worth a visit. Place is pet friendly - there were quite a few people with dogs when we were there.

Parking could be better, we couldn't park in front of our unit as the motel was pretty full but I managed to park next to the cafe. Just an extra 20 meters or so to the door.

Warrm, professional greeting and check-in from manager. The price was appropriate for the room and facilities. A friendly cat was there for a "Hello" and "Goodbye".

Floor noise from room above could bother some guests, in which case I'd suggest earplugs or booking upstairs room.

The room was a good size, very clean, lovely towels, and a comfy bed. It smelt nice and was welcoming for me and my dog. I had the spa room which was a delight after a long day travelling.

I'd have given this room a 10/10 except it had no cutlery, and the aircon was a bit noisy. I assume, if you need cutlery, you could ask for some at reception, but wasn't able to try that myself.

Easy check in and lovely big room. Was delighted to find a beautifully clean bath, which was a real delight after a long journey. Extremely clean and spacious room with small kitchenette. Great location a short walking distance to the rivers, the supermarket and the main street. Exceptional value for money.

Staff were lovely, room was good size and plenty of room to walk dog on grounds.

The beds were very hard, which might not be an issue for some but made it hard for me to sleep.

Three corner jacks on the floor. Not really motels fault but hurt when standing on them.

The bed and pillows where amazingly comfortable the room had a spa we were so impressed such good price for also a spa this was a once in a lifetime treat for us. But now we have found it for such good value we will be back again.

Great location, very friendly staff and the place allows pets as well which is fantastic!

The wifi signal did keep dropping out and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall but other than that great stay!
