The property was in good location and very clean and the staff were helpful, you get the value of the property from the staff treat Rooms were spacious specially after the upgrade given to my family considering family number also they provided sufficient fresh towels and water Borcha at the front disk she was helpful and ready to help with immediate action Food was excellent with lots of choices and staffs were great they are working hard to serve every guest

They need to renew there mattress and the extra bed was sufficient for my small daughter only Also my room was in 5th floor and the kitchen smell all the time in the balcony although the balcony view was something to the backwater and swimming pool Also chef coming to the table and trying to get a good review was bothering me a lot. I would give the 5 star to the other service workers because they were working really hard

Initially I was offered a room . Soon after checkin to the room I made up my mind to get out of hotel even I had to loose the money I paid because of the situation of the room everything was bad but Axat took the opportunity to change the room and offered a good one which changed my opinion just opposite to what i experienced . But they should have taken little care about the rooms in 3rd floor bathroom were stinking like a gutter. Breakfast was top notch , generally all the food served was good .

After the initial hiccup everything I loved about this

Our stay at Le Meridien Kochi was by far the best experience of my life . The service from the moment we checked in ( at 330 am !) was absolutely top notch . Everyone at the front desk , food and beverage , and housekeeping were exceptional. The food was outstanding , both through room service and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was just phenomenal. Local Kerala / South Indian cuisine all the way to American , European /continental and French pastries would satisfy any palette . I will continue to be a guest for years to come when I am in Kochi . I love this place and am already planning a little spa week with my daughters in the future .

Well maintained property with decent sized rooms and amenities

Must have been the heat but the pool was way too warm for the weather outside! Might be worth investing in a coolant or something for the pool for added relief from Kochi’s sultry weather. Same goes for the gym, super hot and stuffy and half the equipment was out of order so I couldn’t use it for long. Would be nice to see an upgrade there too

We came to India for 8 nights and had 3 days only in Kochi- Le meridian. May I say those three days were the highlight of our trip. The staff were extremely gracious and helpful. My wife and I were greeted at reception by Sweetie who from the get go was very helpful, polite, welcoming and informative. This started our trip on a good note and before we knew it we was relaxed and couldn't wait to enjoy the hospitality of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will 100% return. Thank you Sweetie at reception for showing us the good, kind nature of people from Kochi

The staff at Le Meridien understands how to ensure guests have a good experience. They are efficient and always focus on the guest needs from reception, sign-in through to arranging departure transport. Wherever you go, staff and management engage with you to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. In the restaurant, the chef and waiters gave us personal attention to help us with gluten-free food options and went out of their way to provide fresh and off-menu options. In between they took time to chat to us about our travels and explained the food and culture of Kerala. The room staff left us special messages that made us feel at home. Chef Peter kept an eye out for us in the restaurant, he always came over, explained the food options, and even made us special treats. We ended up sharing recipes! Special mention must go to Nandita Kumar as the guest relations officer. Nandita and the front desk staff helped us with so much. From tourism attractions & transport to getting an acclaimed Henna artist to apply her trade in our rooms. She was always looking out for us and went out of her way to come and check on us. She was super helpful showing real interest in our vacation needs. It felt like we had a friend on the staff who was helping us in ways that made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. All in all we felt very special and we experienced full-on Indian hospitality in line with the saying 'Guest is like God' - Atithi Devo Bhava. All of this comes at very reasonable prices, in a convenient location and great facilities.

This place is great. We were there during the Monsoon season but with all the help and special treatment, we were not impacted at all.

The breakfast buffet and the options for breakfast were good. The room was big and comfortable. The baby cot was comfortable and of good size. The location of the hotel was accessible.

The room service (food) was delayed. Since we were travelling with a 18 month year old, who goes to bed by 07:00 pm, we had to order the food to the room by 06:30 pm. The room service took at least 45 minutes to deliver. If the time can be shortened, that would be great. Apart from the time, the food was yummy.

Area around the hotel was quiet. Staff was very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Restaurant had decent menu comprising local, Indian and western dishes. Restaurant staff constantly asked to make sure we have additional requests for special items.

Property needs some minor maintenance, especially bathroom knobs and fittings missing. Some moldy smell in areas and dust in the vents

Great Location, Great friendly staff.. Great restaurants onsite.. Nice welcoming lobby.. Fantastic team of vallet who takes care of your cars... Extremely friendly front office who took care our needs very patiently and with a smile specially to mention Akhila, Khushboo and Srijilesh

The room decor could take an upgrade. The paint and decor is a bit outdated. Beds are super bouncy and not at all comfortable. Needs an upgrade.
