-Fair price -Clean and nicely prepared rooms -Very comfortable beds with just-right firmness -Everything worked -Great location on Luchon's main road -Lots of bars and restaurants nearby -Good restaurant/bar attached to hotel, -Perfect for 1-3 nights if you arent looking for anything fancy but rather a place to store your things and sleep -10 euro breakfast with good choice of food (I opted for coffee and croissant for 3.50)

-Road noise starts early and can be bothersome if you are sensitive to this -Rooms are not air conditioned so are quite warm with the windows closed on warm nights like mine, and opening the windows just let more noise in -Only basic bath gel in bathroom (ie no shampoo, and big dispenser in shower was empty when I visited)

Super comfortable bed, good bathroom. My only gripe is that cleanliness was extremely evident due to the powerful aromas of cleaning products! Less is more sometimes! Other than that, a great place to stopover, right on the main streets. It has a good bar, and there are plenty of others & restaurants all within a minute or two’s walk.

Hotel in the city center. During check-in, we approached the bartender. A clean, quiet small room (no. 10) with a window to the yard.

The staff were very helpful i was on a cycling trip and they made sure it was ok thank you from Peter

Not very organised . Receptionist a bit surprised when 5.of.us appeared for breakfast. She had to run out to get croissants.

- The door shower room broken and small. - The room very old - No air condition - Very noisy - The window curtain fell off and windows very old - Breakfast has rotten egg, Hard croissants, No toast, no fresh fruit, No option. - Old wardrobe - The elevator is small - Shower is very small - The safe is not working - No parking 🅿️ - TV very old no choice. - Don't stay at this hotel. It's not worth the money.
