The rooms were very nice, clean and really spacious.

This is a wedding hotel. We stayed for a weekend for a city trip. One night, we had to sleep with the window closed (in July) and earplugs and still heard music till 5 a.m. For the next night, when there was another wedding, that showed no signs of calming down at 23:00, we asked the reception to move us to a different room not overlooking the garden. Luckily, this was possible and gave us a quiet night. So ask for such a room when not planning to dance til dawn.

My 2nd time to stay here and wish I had more time for a calm retreat here. The friendly staff, lake view, peacefulness away from the city, countryside feel. Modern, updated, room to move around. Hot water fast. Built in hairdryer. Boiling pot, coffee. Bottled water waiting in the room was a nice touch. Glass balcony doors with screen for fresh air. Quick check in and out. Has a restaurant for breakfast. Nice paved walking trails. 15-20 minutes to airport.

We were very happy about our stay. It was just one transit night but a very pleasant one. Good quality spacious hotel with beautiful outdoor area. The room was clean and offered 2 comfortable single beds and a great view over the pond with a fountain. We had 2 dogs ( additional charge ). Parking in front of the hotel ( not gated but safe enough ). We highly recommend to take a breakfast ( extra charge ). That was a feast! We wanted to try EVERYTHING - it was sooo delicious! Great choice!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. It had a nice atmosphere as the corridors were large.

There were light curtains on the windows, so when it was sunrise at 05:30 am, it was very light in the room. It seemed there was no air-conditioning in the room, so we had to sleep with the window open, which didn't have any fly screens.

Parking could be monitored, at the time of my stay, the hotel was full and it looks like guests don't know how to park - taking two spaces for one car etc :)) It was very hard to park the car in the evening. The hotel could pay attention to the situation, especially that they collect car plate numbers by the check-in.

We complained about the beeping alarm, it was really terrible to hear that all night. The receptionist told us that was normal and it is always beeping. When we were leaving in the morning next day he alarm was turned off because of filming. The refrigator in the room could be also the advantage especially during hot days.

Rooms were very big and spacious. Hotel is very modern and clean. Outside was lovely to sit and have a drink by the water. Trampoline and outdoor toys for children kept our little one happy.

Very difficult to communicate with any staff, signs on walls were in polish so also struggled locating things like breakfast ect. Bar stated open till midnight but never any staff on the bar had to keep going to reception for them to ring for staff. There was a party on in the restaurant so we had difficulty getting food and its in a very secluded area so walking out to a local restaurant wasn't really an option.

The room is big and neat. The environment surrounding is quiet and pleasant. The price is reasonable. The cleaning staff and the reception are friendly and helpful. In general, we enjoyed the staying there.

The location is quite far away from most sightseeing sites. However, it is close to IKEA and Lidl so it is convenient to buy things if needed. And if you enjoy quietness, it is a good place.

The entire campus is great. Lots of greenery around. I visited with my pet Labrador and he thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staffs were very helpful.

There are a few things on the restaurant part that I didn't like: #1. Coffee from the machine is not for free except for breakfast time. I didn't know about this and ended up spending. Coffee from the machine should be free at all times. #2. I went for dinner package, so I had to take a set meal curated by the chef. No option to take anything else. I wasn't aware of this #3. If its a dinner package, I was atleast expecting a 3 course meal, I got my soup and main course. I was expecting a dessert but it didn't came up.

nice hotel. It's not the first time I've stopped. the cuisine is delicious. the waiters are very friendly, Andrian has grown up. The reception took into account all my wishes. I was very pleased that the level of English has increased. If anyone has a language barrier, don't worry there are Ukrainians there. a quiet, peaceful place for sane money.

ventilation was noisy on the upper floor, but the issue was resolved quickly.
