Lovely Hotel in Upstate NY. 5 minute ride to Windham Mountain. Love the oaky vibe in the rooms. The bedding is not my taste but its still pretty new and in nice shape. The mattress was super comfortable and of great quality. Orange bed frame in 10 years will look tacky (just thinking long term). Staff at concierge desk were great. Very helpful and full of advice. Bar, restaurant and Bakery were lovely. The fire pits were fun. Looking forward to come back in warm weather with our awesome Harry the pup.

People smoking pot on their patios and balconies. Why do I have to smell that garbage? And one staff member told us that she was three hours late for work. She also mentioned that they worked really hard for Christmas holiday crowds…guess what I work hard too. Im on vacation so zip your lip. Thanks.

Facilities were great! Felt so relaxed and easy to be in the moment. The room was lofty and comfortable, with a beautiful clean tub in the bathroom plus extra seating area and desk. There were 2 AC units, which was nice because it was the top floor and covered so much space.

The room we stayed at in the Spruce on third floor had the worst WiFi, which meant streaming on the TV and working from the room were impossible. Also, the water didn’t run clear no matter how long we let it go. The bar was swamped during the holiday weekend but also revealed inefficiencies by the bartender (took 15 minutes to get 2 waters).

The property was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable.. Jennifer at the front desk was superb. Excellent customer service, she was extremely responsive. She made our stay very pleasant!

The restaurant’s food was bland. Especially the pasta, not very flavorful. The weather was really cold for August. I expected the pool to be warmer but the water was so cold even thought the staff said it was 85 degrees. It didn’t feel like it.

Wylder is a beautiful resort with an exceptionally helpful staff. Babbler’s restaurant is very good, would have been nice if they had longer hours and the bakery was open on Monday. We enjoyed our stay at Wylder. Loved the wood burning sauna!!

The TV was a little hard, you have to stream media through a comcast app, no regular local channels. No room service,need longer restaurant hours.

Check-in was supposed to be 3pm but we had to wait about 1.5 hours more as the room was not ready. They were supposed to call me when it is ready but didn’t give me a call. I had to check back a couple times and they finally said “oh your room is ready.” Staff could be kinder. Wish they provided slippers considering its hard wood floor gets quickly messy from snow/mud footprints.

Great facilities - heated pool, pickleball and saunas were awesome. Gorgeous riverside property and the rooms are very comfortable. We had coffee and croissants from the cafe, but didn’t try the restaurant/bar as we went elsewhere in town. Right next to the golf course. Highly recommend!!

Nothing, it was all 10/10

The property was beautiful and the staff excellent. We had exception weather and there was plenty to do. We enjoyed the heated pool, fire pits, bike riding, and played pool. A nice restaurant on the property had live music Saturday night, and there were also several good local restaurants nearby.

I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I was impressed by the expansive property and all the amenities offered. And the room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

It took a while for the sauna to warm up, which used up most of the 30 min. time slot that we booked in advanced. With a tight window to use the sauna, it would have been great if it was ready to use when we arrived.

It is an incredible hotel, with amazing setup.I believe during summer it’s even more stunning due to all the outside options they have available.

Overall, our experience was great. The only thing to mention would be the confusion around whether kids can come to New Year’s party or not. Staff went several times back and forth. :)

Excellent facilities - nice mix of hip and family friendly. Staff were polite and friendly although somewhat overwhelmed with it being a July 4th weekend so they did their best in the restaurant and bar.
