Had a problem on checkin. Reserved thru booking.com a suite and we were giving a one bed king size room. Was told since booked through 3rd party not guaranteed the room from that site. They did switch to another room. However, it was booked and almost had to find another hotel to stay. And could not find a number to call booking.com with issue. Staff said should have booked directly , instead of 3rd party.

Location was excellent convenient to everything.

The door to the room was jammed it was very hard to open & one of the room cards wouldn’t work . I went to the front desk 3 times & they helped me but the card still never worked. Also there was a homeless man sleeping outside in the hotel parkinglot….. didn’t feel safe!

I loved it was pet friendly and the laundry is FREE. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen area is well stocked with dishes, glasses etc. The beds are great. Nice products in the bathroom. I stayed there twice and it was very quiet and enjoyable.

I liked everything.

Cleanliness, cold AC, kitchenette, comfy beds and great customer service from the front desk.

No ice machines convenient to our rooms on the 2nd floor ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE BUILDING!!! But we LOVED the water pitcher and not having the ice bucket that always leaks.

It was nice a clean a close to everything the front Desk Lady was very nice Saturday evening a the Front desk Lady Ms Debra was very nice Sunday morning at Check out a the Bed Slept Wonderful.

What I didn’t like was there was not Breakfast served

The room was very roomy. Very clean and we were close to an exit and entrance door on side of facility.

The bathroom. It was handicapped accessible and the shower was spraying out into the bathroom floor and we had to use a hand held nozzle in lieu of regular shower head. There was no pool and no free breakfast.

I did not stay at this location . I went by to check out the room and under booking.com you guys have the room type different so I canceled my stay . You guys need to check the pictures and your room type and correct it immediately.

Only there for one night! The person at the front desk was really friendly and organized! The rooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen area was very clean!

Nothing major! Bathroom needed to be swept.

Everything was great, sole purpose was only to Lay our head somewhere, major of the day was spent at the casino.So the stay wasn’t even 24 hours. Loved the location, and the whole look and feel of the Hotel. Was very clean and well maintained.

I'm not a typical stay in a hotel kind of person, but it was an exceptional stay.

I was looking for more of a suite style room with a living area separate for the bedroom area.
