Beautiful ambiance with flowers and plants. Good service from staff. Quiet at night. Very short walk to el centro.

Small plastic water bottles put in rooms didn't provide much water and contribute a lot of plaatic garbage. A large water dispenser for guests to fill their own containers is common in hotels in this region.

The terrace in front of the room was great. The owner/receptionist provided very smooth service. For the price the room was okay.

The room is very small and the bathroom has no ventilation. When you take a shower or when you go to the bathroom you have to keep the outside door open in order to have the room ventilated. Attention - if you are coming with a car it's a bit tricky to get there with your car and then to park. It's a very tiny one-way street.

The hotel is cute and has an amazing location. It is easy to walk anywhere in Patzcuaro. There is a beautiful courtyard and the room was clean and cleaned daily also. The staff is also very friendly. It's not the nicest hotel but definitely worth the price. Would recommend

The bed was hard. It could have been more comfortable. It was also a little cold and not potential heater available.

Clean and very calm room. Beautiful patio with flowers and hummingbirds. The family owning the place is very nice. We really liked it. Good value for money.

We would have very much appreciated to have a ground connection instead of a basic plug to charge our devices. Except from this tiny little point, everything else was perfect.

Location was hard to find even for the taxi drivers. But no traffic, no noise. Only 1 block from main market and 4 blocks from the central plaza and high-end hotels/resturants.

Although our room was small and simple, the terrace, gardens, and lobby areas are gorgeous and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay again.

LOVE the plants and flowers throughout the place. Garden is beautiful. felt like a mini home getaway. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was very cozy. The main centre Plaza was a few minutes walk. Thank you for everything!!

The room was nice and comfortable. There were extra blankets and free water. The staff were really nice and friendly. There is a little kitten that will come and stay in your room. Room was very clean. Great location.

The room description said there was a coffee maker in the room and there was not. Only one plug - had to rotate between charging my phone and using the table lamp.
