The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet area. The finishing of the rooms, including decorations, furniture, and lighting, is very luxurious. Suitable for families. I thank the staff for their good treatment of us. A special greeting to Mr. Ali.

The neighbors they kept making noise till 4AM. I wish if i could change the room or hetol asked them to be quiet. No delivery to room if you ordered online

Room 2506 My family members & myself were surprised with the outstanding services & Experience we had. It not only met our expectations; it exceeded it so far. The apartment was clean & Tidy and smelled so good and our request for a higher ground was adhered. We did face some challenges with the A/C & one of the showers; which were cleared up literally in less than 10 minutes. The stunning skyline can be seen from each and every window,,, the peacefulness & quietness was a plus although the rooms beside us were fully occupied. Moreover, we enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the pool, Spa & Stem at 10th Floor. We Will definitely come again to spend quality time with all those smiling faces and distinguished service we had.

Very quiet and family-oriented if you’re looking to wind down and escape from the noise and crowd. The furniture is in good state, as well as the services . The hotel is next to many good coffee shops and a grocery store, which is ideal since the hotel doesn’t have a grand lobby or a coffee shop.

The prices in the room service menu were steep, a sliding door locked us out of the bathroom (needed technical assistance to unlock it), the tv channels are limited compared to the franchise name. Didn’t try the rest of the facilities but the hotel will only appeal to family travelers as there’s nothing to do.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with modern interior design, comfortable bed and couch, excellent bathroom with nice features towards the bedroom. Nice views from the 16th floor. Very quiet and yet in a central location of Manama. The parking is in the lower floors of the building with easy access to the elevators. The da rosa restaurant offers a wide selection of good food. Super friendly and very customer-focused staff.

Twin bed room was very small , so they keep the beds closed , few towels in the toilet , no face towels and no floor towel . Breakfast was simple .

Thanks to Fraser’s Diplomatic area for hospitality and attention to detail. Spacious 2-br apartments- good for family stay. Indoor pool is well maintained and always with attendance, thanks to Mr. Nazmol for assistance at the pool with kids.

Unclear on sauna functionality, always half working with low temperature , or switched off and need to approach staff to turn on which takes forever to warm up. If not intended to let guests use properly why to have it in the first place.? Do not advertise this service.

Great location. Great smiling wonderful staff. Comfortable and very nice room. Was able to ask for things through WhatsApp which was convenient and everything was brought quick. The bathroom is big, tub is relaxing, and shower can turn into a steam room. A lovely surprise at the end was our car was washed! A lovely place to stay, definitely recommend.

Even though the rain shower was very relaxing, stronger pressure and a hand shower would have been nice. The parking ramps are narrow, but I think this is a problem with most hotels in Bahrain. The only annoying thing was all bathroom lights were connected to one switch and there’s a glass between bathroom and bedroom so the light would shine in the room during the night. Plus this one bedroom feels more appropriate for couples rather than friends or siblings, there is a sliding door in front of glass but it doesn’t cover the entire bathroom.

Everything! The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a true sense of luxury. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and meticulously maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Nothing. The experience was flawless. Maybe because my stay was short (two nights) and I didn't spend much time within the property, or maybe because it is actually as good as it appears to be.
