Much better to pay by cash coz if you use your card there is an additional 3.5% charge on top of your bill which was not published during booking, and also if you pay them using the card you used during booking it will be decline so better prepare another card or cash,not soundproof you can hear the people from other room and hotel is near the road you can hear the noise coming from those trucks outside,if you dont have a car its scary and dirty to walk on the road going to and from the gudauri ski resort

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Gudauri, but This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. As I understand they have opened this year, so everything was brand new. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. They even allowed us to check in early at like 9am. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and what is the most important they have stunning mountain views all around. The hosts were just amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. And the most important, food!!! even breakfast was just super, very tasty and delicious. They also have wonderful restaurant on site, with delicious food and the prices are very low comparing to other restaurants. Great hotel for winter holidays, honestly can recommend to everyone.

It’s our second time in Georgia and for this trip, we wanted to experience the snow. We had a great stay in Gudauri, staying in Dandelion. It feels like our home in Gudauri. Delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms, accessible to ski lift and resort by walking. We wanted to have a chill, relaxing vacation and stay in a hotel with a great mountain view. Airport transfers can also be arranged with them. Thank you for the warm welcome and for the wonderful stay.

It would be great if they have bidet in the bathroom.

Exceptional service, value for money, perfect host, Tina. We had our breakfast and dinner at the hotel. All the meals were prepared by Tina. We even got our laundry done. The bonus was the parking onsite. Panoramic views from the bedroom, restaurant, and surroundings. The ski park is 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants in the area as well.

The hosts. Lisa and family are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and thats what makes them an amazing host. They helped with whatever our four year old wanted. They played with her. They helped fix something in our car too. The view from the property is amazing. Breakfast is good enough. Its pretty close from sino 8 ski station.. walkable 5-8 mins.

The Dandelion family is humble, polite and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, big and so was the toilet. Breakfast was really nice and they asked beforehand what you like. Wifi was super good with almost 30Mps.and, it is located 15 min walk from Ski resort. So overall, they really made our trip memorable. They also provide rides to Tblisi with really cheap fare, I didn't ask them and that was my bad, so I ended up booking an expensive taxi to Tblisi.

I can't express enough how amazing the staff was during our stay. Magda was an angel, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported. From assisting with every detail to helping when my husband was injured on the slopes, she truly exemplified exceptional service. The entire family was kind and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was amazing, and the rooms super cozy!
