Charming little boutique hotel an easy walk from the rambling back alleys of the Old Town. Very helpful staff who went out of their wayto make our stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

The on-site parking is limited. It was full when we arrived, so we were asked to park outside on the street. We found out later that the city uses cameras to read licence plates, so we may have got a parking fine. Something to watch out for.

The location is perfect. The building is gorgeous and the staff is amazing (he even made time to help me print something and practice my bad french with me 😂). The car park is a plus especially considering the central location. I would definitely come back.

The only small minuses I would mention is that it warms up very fast in the summer but if you leave the AC on low while you should be fine. It has a low noise function which is great. Also the walls are very thin so you hear everything but it is normal considering the age of the building.

I liked the whole Hotel. The location and ambiance, the staff and the breakfast were amazing. I want to live there. It's the cosiest place that I have ever stayed and the full Montpellier experience. It's conveniently located out of the centre of town only a few minutes walk with shops including a wine bar and supermarket also 50 meters away.

We chose Hôtel du Parc because we like hotels to have plenty of character. We also liked the hotel because it was small and independent. The entrance hall has a stunning circular staircase and a beautiful tiled floor, lots of period features throughout. We arrived quite late in the evening and was met by John who was extremely helpful, providing us with a map and some suggestions of places to eat, that would be still serving dinner. All the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, this is a well run hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a nicely decorated double room, with an extra single bed. I was pleased to see a bath instead of a shower, it was also very clean. Montpellier was quite hot when we visited and luckily the air conditioning worked a treat, it was lovely to come back each day to cool down. We opted to have breakfast each morning, which was served either inside or out on a little terrace area, your choice. There was a good selection of cereals, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, yoghurt etc, lovely speciality bread that had fruit in it, delicious. Coffee was plentiful, good and strong, just how we like it. Hotel Its self is tucked down a little side street, in a residential area just a short walk from the Jardin des plantes, the Cathedral St Pierre and the Old part of the city. There is a small public park situated at the rear of the hotel, we sat in a couple of times and read. If we return to Montpellier we would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you 😊

If I had to say something, the water was a bit slow to drain from the bath when the hotel was busy.

Very comfortable with a nice courtyard perfect for the evening chat. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The cat park proved great as we were riding a motorbike. The tourist areas are within easy reach

I wish they had a chain as I would stay in the hotel in other cities

Walkable to Old Town and restaurant districts in a mostly residential area, with excellent staff in a lovely older building with original details.

There might be insulation around doors as in some rooms, noise from guests coming in late is disruptive. Some towels needed updating.

The hotel is beautiful inside and set in the old part of town in the midst of winding streets. It was really atmospheric. Staff were exceptionally gracious and attentive and it was a shame only to stay one night.

The toilet wasn’t en suite which might bother some people but my son and I didn’t mind

I came across this hotel a bit by accident. I was booking last minute and for one night only just for myself. I usually do not go for the chic in such a situation but here both the location and good reviews convinced me. I absolutely can recommend this place! I actually got a better room than i paid for simply because it was free and the staff recommended that for me. The room with bathroom was very small but very clean and cosy. Samuele - the concierge during my stay is absolutely the nicest person you can meet in such a place! For additional 10 euro there is a breakfast that includes very good bread and some local honey and cheese. For those who come with car, the hotel has a spacious parking! a short, walking distance from the historical old town.

It was a quaint little hotel, easy accessible with a staff that went the extra mile. We were in France for 3 nights at three hotels and we were on a budget. This hotel made our trip, it felt French and personal, and I would highly recommend. I would stay again. Thank you to the hotel !

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was cx actually free parking. The room was excellent value and we paid 10 euros for breakfast which was also good value

Not much but the shower cubicle was very small and some people might struggle
