We stayed here for one night on each end of the W Trek. The hospitality was great, the host was very friendly, provided a nice breakfast (and you're able to pick the time) and also helped us call a taxi to take to the airport on the last morning. We left our bags here for 4 nights while we did the trek and they were safe and waiting for us in our room when we got back. Convenient location, 10 minute walk from the main bus station.

The host was lovely . The location is close to the bus station so no taxi needed with heavy bags , also very close to a laundrette . Allowed us to store bags while doing the o trek and when we returned the big bags were in our room waiting for us so we could just sleep! Nice breakfast of toast / ham / cheese / eggs / juice / coffee / yoghurt etc . Maybe a bit further from town than other properties but it’s a small place so only a 20/15min walk , and also means the streets are quieter . Massive room which was nice when sorting out our O trek packing

A bit more expensive than some other options but I think worth it

This is a lovely hotel, just ten minutes walk from the sea front. The owner has the heating on full, which is welcome as it's freezing outside, even in November. The breakfast is excellent and I really cannot fault the hotel. The room is a decent size with a comfy bed. There isn't a kettle in the room, which isn't uncommon in Chile, but would be a nice addition. Great value for money and a great place to stay.

Lucy is so kind, accommodating, and communicative. The B&B is cozy and clean; the room we stayed in was quite large. The stay is an easy 7-minute walk to the bus station and Lucy even let us store our bags for a few days while hiking. There's an option for breakfast as early as 6AM, which is perfect for catching the 7AM bus to Torres Del Paine. 100000% recommend if you're in PN to visit or to hike!

Room was immaculate and the owner could not have been more accommodating. It was a bit of a walk from the center of town, but it gave us the chance to see some of the Puerto Natales neighborhoods that we would have otherwise not seen. This room far exceeded my expectations for how large and how tastefully decorated it was. Also, it had a great shower

Lucy is a wonderful host. The facilities were spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the location was perfect--between the bus station and the busy tourist and commercial area. But Lucy was this hostal's best asset. She friendly, kind, and solicitous of our every need.

We stayed here before and after hiking the W and were able to leaved out luggage while we hike. The hotel is very clean and quiet and Lucy is a fabulous hostess. It’s very well located, can walk to the bus station and the center. The breakfast is great and we brought the protein bars with us in the hike.

Great property and breakfasts. V spacious nice rooms which are cleaned daily. Owner is super helpful and lovely. They also store bags for free while you’re doing the W or O Trek.

Lucy was such a kind and gracious host. Even though we spoke limited Spanish, she worked with us to meet our needs and made us feel welcomed. The place is a close 5-10 minute walk from the bus station that takes you to and from Torres del Paine, which was welcomed. Rooms were comfortable and Lucy is flexible to serve breakfast at times such that you can make your bus booking times. An added bonus was allowing us to store our extra luggage that we didn't need for the W trek for free and placed them in our room upon our return.

Clean tidy room. Good sized bathroom. Short walk to bus station (10 minutes) and the main centre. Nice breakfast and very welcoming staff
