I had a pleasant stay at the Residence, mainly thanks to its excellent location – just a few minutes' walk from the sea, which is a huge advantage. The standard matched the description: it’s a 2-star accommodation, simple but exactly what I expected considering the low price. The room was clean and had a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay, especially given the price and fantastic location.

The major downside is the parking, particularly access to level -2. The descent is very narrow, steep, and difficult to maneuver – even a small car like a Citroën C3 barely fit. There are a lot of marks from other cars that clearly struggled to pass. I believe there should be a clear warning that the parking access is very tight, especially to level -2, so guests are aware before arrival.

Two weeks after we left we still don't have a deposit back even though I was told by the receptionist that it will be credited to me next day.

Location, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was functional, extras like dishware were good.

Internet connection wasn't ideal but worked most of the time. Decor is a bit dated.

The location is excellent , very Close to the Beach and to Frejus .The location has a private parking ( for 10 € / day )
