The room itself is spacious and comfortable. Lighting is great, we loved having the couch space and table. The shower is very spacious with incredibly strong water pressure! Included toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), hair dryer, and towels. Beds were comfortable as well, with USB plugs conveniently attached in the headboards. Disneyland/DisneySea is close (~20 taxi ride @ 2600yen). The subway takes you out of the way, but there is also a bus (we didn't try them though). Overall, loved our stay! Great little area of Tokyo too that is a bit quieter

We loved the area we were in! There’s a grocery store right across the street, there’s a 7/11 right around the corner and two more also about a block or two away. There were multiple restaurants across the street and a bar about a 5 minute walk away we really liked. The metro to get into Tokyo proper was only a half hour ride and the station was like maybe 7 minutes away. There’s a Lawson’s, KFC, and mister donut all within a 7-10 minute walking distance. Multiple coffee shops nearby as well. The room has a kitchenette with all the dishes you need. It was nice being able to cook breakfast every morning. We’re coming back in the fall/winter and we plan on using this as our home base again. It was our favorite property we stayed at. We actually almost cancelled our other hotels to stay here 😅 and even though you self check in you can always message the property and they respond super quick. We forgot to turn the air conditioning on and our son overheated and got a nose bleed. I reached out to let them know and if they’d like us to do anything, or perhaps pay for the cleaning, they were more concerned for our son and wanted to make sure he was okay. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We had no issues. The staff responded to inquiries in a timely manner, the space was the perfect size for us. No complaints here.

Two towel sets (2 face towels and 2 bath towels for 2 persons) during 7 nights were too insuffidient.

It was an easy check-in process and a great location near Tokyo Disneyland. The property had a small kitchen with microwave and several cooking equipment. It was nearby a lot of restaurants, convenient stores, and grocery stores. The bus and train stations were very close and easy to access as well. I appreciated having a scale in the bathroom. I was able to use it to help weigh my luggage before leaving to the airport. It was a great overall impression and I would likely return to this property in the future.

The room was a bit small, but also felt just right. It was difficult to open a large suitcase, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Minn Kasai is located perfectly if you like to be able to retreat to a quiet location with all the conveniences surrounding. The Kasai Trai Stn is very close(200M)and being Tokyo, you can transit anywhere from the train systems. There is a 24hr supermarket across the road with meats upstairs and groceries down stairs at great prices compared to eating abroad every meal. My son and I especially appreciated fresh cooked breakfast every morning. There's a bakery, restaurants, Seven Eleven, and so much more within 120M. TV has Netflix, Laundry straight across from Lift.

There's nothing to complain about this place, maybe the price is a little steep.

Location was perfect for a visit to Tokyo Disneysea as it is a short bus ride away direct to Disneysea (so you don’t have to spend money on the Disney monorail from Maihama Station) The room size is as what you would expect for a Tokyo hotel, but very well designed so it didn’t feel cramped at all. Location is great with a supermarket right across the street and several convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Checking in was quick and painless. Everything works perfectly - heater, hot water, internet, TV.

Nothing :) We absolutely loved our stay.

Location was excellent. Extremely close to subway which is about 5mins walk away. There was also lots of food options with many restaurants and eateries nearby. The room was very clean. Shower was excellent. Communication with staff via Line was very easy with quick replies. I asked for new set of towels and it was delivered at no time (with extra cost).

Despite close proximity to subway station it is slightly out of tokyo city so expect slightly long commute to main tourist attractions. Room size was just adequate for 3 people. Check in was contactless which may not be easy for elderly people who are technologically challenged.

The location was great, super close to the train station and very easy to get to from the airport. The accommodation was very modern and clean. The check-in process was very simple and smooth. The staffs were all so helpful and replied swiftly on the site.

Upon booking we knew it was a small room but didn’t expect it to be as small as it was. It was certainly cramped with 4 people and our luggage. Would definitely book a bigger room next time. I also wish that the accommodation did luggage delivery to our next accommodation but being a no staff on shore reception I get it.

Utility wise everything was in place.. place very close to Tozai line station. Stores nearby. We cooked food 3-4 times for bfast and dinner. Indian restaurant is nearby. McD is walking distance. The room space was bit crunchy. They should have more cupboards for storing clothes.

Lugagge store policies are bit harsh. They initially didnt allow to store more than 1 day while we want to move to diff city. After lot of conversations finally they allowed.

Our room was fit for my family, it has all what we need especially for my grown-up daughters. 6 mins.walk to Kasai Station with lots of eateries to choose from. There's a supermarket just across the hotel where we can buy our water & groceries. Friendly & helpful staffs especially Kazuki.

The hotel location is 45mins by train going to Tokyo center & 30mins by bus going to Disneysea. Not enough clothesline to dry our towels but they change our towels upon request bec.they clean the room only on the 7th day of your stay.
