The free upgrade from standard room to Family room which had a hallway, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The staff was quite friendly and professional. Food was tasty. Beds were really comfortable and room was clean overall. 2 minutes walk from the baths, right across the street

The selection for breakfast and dinner is limited, just a few options to chose from. We found some sort of pill and a piece of chips on the sofa. Room was clean overall. The heating is fan based so if you want heat, you have to not be annoyed by the sound of the fan. We turned it off over the night so was cold in the morning. Parking is extra charge but is really cheap.

Perfect location near the Aqua Park Gyula (Gyulai Varfurdo). Helpful staff. Quiet area, good breakfast and food in general. They have parking (paid). Rooms might be a bit small for some people but they offer all you need for a nice and cozy stay.

Good, tasty breakfasts and dinners, a very diverse menu, everyone could find something good for themselves, very nice and helpful staff. A very big plus is the location of the hotel - swimming pools across the street. I recommend.

The hotel is situated right across the water park which makes it really easy to access. It is also near to the city center and the main touristic objectives. Good food and polite staff.

I wish the hotel had its own swimming pool.

Not luxury, but still comfortable. Looks like recently renovated. Clean and warm inside in December. Polite and hard working staff. Breakfast and dinner were very good value for money.

The noisy teenagers that were running in the hotel and played with the elevator.

Great location and nice staffs

The rooms were overheated and the heater can’t be controlled. Not even the staffs could turn it down. In the morning, there were loud noises possibly from the kitchen around 7 a.m. There was not juice for breakfast.

Location was good, accommodation was clean and spacious. The receptionist, mr. Lajos, was extremely helpful and kind.

There was no hairdryer in our room although the hotel is situated near thermal baths. Dinner and breakfast could have been better, choice was poor and food refill should have been faster.

The loud noise because of the construction works started nearby around 6 AM. This is not the Hotel's mistake but the local authorities should limit the time frame more strictly when issuing permits for such works. There are many hotels in the area and their guests mostly want to rest early in the morning.
