This is a nice hotel in the center of the town. Located in a narrow street. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The private bathroom had a tube. The beds comfortable and super clean. The hotel had restaurant but we didn't test it. There is no private parking, the street in front of the hotel is narrow and often full, but we found parking space around the corner. The Booking app took us to a different location but Google maps has right location. P.s.The town of Filippiada didn't look very attractive when we arrived in late evening, but it turn out to be a nice place in the morning. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Kokkinopilos and Roman aqueduct of Nicopolis.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean and the towels had a pleasant aroma. The hotel is spotted in a great location in Philippiada which is relatively close to Arta. The coach station is right next to it. A value for money option. The breakfast is offered in a good price. The mattress was relatively good, and the pillows were even better!

The food could improve, and especially the salad!

Lovely spacious and airy groundfloor with excellent bar and restaurant...the rooms were very, very comfortable..with a bed and pillow straight from heaven...but all this was nothing compared to the excellent manager Giorgios and the lovely girl at breakfast...If I am in the area again I will definitely stay..damn it, I'd move in at the drop of a hat

Everything was perfect

I came late with the bus from Tirana and unfortunately the bus stopped at the gas station outside of the city. When calling the hotel a guy picked me up there and drove me to the hotel. I really appreciated that. Thank you! Apart from that, I only spent one short night and everything was ok.

The air condition fan was so loud that I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Did turn it down then it was ok. Didn't tried to get it fixed because it was late and I was tired. So don't know if it could have been fixed.

Comfy bead and clean bathroom! Nice hotel in good location! One of the pillows is great!

The cleaning ladies were too loud very early in the morning, so they woke me up a couple of times. The second pillow was too hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were very professional, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The dinner was very tasty and the breakfast very good. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! 😀

Nice and clean place, it's not super luxury but everyone was very friendly, the air conditioning works good, th bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

There is no special place for parking, only street one (but it was avalaible).

Staff were great!!! Very friendly, very helpful, very welcoming. The language barrier wasn’t a problem the get a great service.

Facilities are old and in some cases broken (shower etc)

Overall it was OK. The bathroom needs to be cleaned up more though as it had rust and dirt at the shower and the toilet. Overall the hotel was clean though. It was 20 minutes away from Arta. Very good hotel in general and very well kept. I would suggest it and revisit it of course.
