We adore everything- the location, facilities, services, approaches of members of this family hotel near Arta city and their maintenance staff and the quietness of the environment. We were there as family of 3, where the youngest (5 year old) was also the bossiest ;) - still they managed to handle this kid with grace. Amazing stay, indeed! The room was cleaned every day, breakfast with traditional cousins cooked by the mistress of the house was fricking delicious ( we were looking forward to it every day). Very satisfying thermal spa (we had jacuzzi), with charming master of the house who had everything under control. The hotel has a big garden as well. Our goal was to visit the sea and mountains as well, and this hotel had amazing location - every thrip was max 1 hour or less. If you are looking for a place tgat isn’t overrun by tourists, you’ve found it!

The location is absolutely perfect. Nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful nature, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were incredibly friendly and their warm hospitality really added to the charm of the place. While we didn't have the chance to try the spa services during our short stay, we're definitely looking forward to returning and experiencing them next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Super accommodating host. We arrived very late - after their check-in hours - and the host ensured that we were informed of where to pick-up our keys. The facilities are very spacious and had enough space for a family of five and our two large dogs that we travelled with. After a long day on the road, this was like an oasis for us. Friendly staff that we met the next morning. If you need a place for a short stay-over, we can definitely recommend this property.

It was a pleasant surprise. First of all I could not believe how beautiful the outside space was. Full of green, tall trees, an old bus, cute dogs and cats enjoying the shade from the trees. There are multiple buildings at the site and all of them looked well kept. The owners were very friendly and likeable. The room was very decent for the price. The AC unit was old but worked fine. The room was clean, there were fresh sheets and towels. I wish I had booked this for a few days to relax.

The only thing I can think of not really enjoying was the bed. It was not bad, but it was barely long enough, I had to sleep a bit diagonally. Note that I am 185cm tall.

The location was lovely, the managers delightful and the breakfast fresh and very generous. We very much enjoyed our shared spa experience, which they threw in as a present, but it wasn't for the faint hearted - the facilities were from the '50s and the water dark brown from the old pipes!!! But we loved it.

I suppose that one day they will update the spa - but then it might be out of our price range and anyway we loved it!

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and returned because it is so good. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were brilliant! A perfect location to explore the area or just to pass through. Breakfast was lovely- as previously. Great value for money. There is a super taverna about 300 meters down the road - very reasonably priced. We look forward to staying again.

Starting with breakfast!! didn't want to leave for starting my day!! amazing handmade goodies!! so tasty!! Excellent coffee!! Very important to me! The environment is breathtaking! Green everywhere you look! Nice decorative details. Spacious room so I could practice pilates. Had very good sleep on that beds!! Everything was clean and nice! Love to see family businesses that run with passion and love! Would love to go back and that time also use the spa facilities with therapeutic waters!!! Is ideal destination through all year round!!

Breakfast is a typical Greek one which was fab for my wife & I and it was good value for money. Had we stayed longer we definitely would have had an evening meal. Family owners were lovely people

Minor point - wifi could be improved but nothing else

Great apartment – everything was perfect. We found everything we needed for a short stay. Convenient location, cozy and clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. We stayed with our dogs and felt very welcome. We definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel with a beautiful garden. Stuff is friendly and approachable. Unfortunately we only stayed for the night since we had a list of stuff to do in Greece so we didn't manage to try food which we belive would be very nice 🥲😊
