Facility was clean, staff was friendly, rooms looked updated and classy, and liked that breakfast was included.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. The eggs, sausage and gravy, and sausage links weren't very good. The sausage and gravy was very runny, the sausage links and eggs both had odd flavors, but the rest of the food we tried was very good, and there was a good variety. The beds were comfortable, however, the pillows were awful. Usually I get some of the best sleep when staying at a hotel, but the pillows here were very stiff and both myself and my partner had neck pain in the morning from them. I would highly recommend upgrading to softer more comfortable pillows. As far as price, is was one of the better priced locations, however, the amount prices are jacked up just because there is an event in town is really ridiculous.

The complimentary breakfast was a plus. My kids enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the gym before his day started: we were also within minutes of our family that we came to visit. Will definitely stay again.

The parking lot was SMALL. Almost didn’t Have a place to park after leaving a Few times. And the room was cold. We were unable to control the air system in the room, however I’m sure we would have been accommodated if we asked for another room.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff, do everything they can to make our stay easier, understanding and very professional. The hotel is very clean and very pleasant, the swimming pool is clean and heated, the breakfast is very complete and of good quality. Large room with comfortable bed and above all very clean and smell of cleanliness everywhere. If we had to come back this way, we would be happy to choose your hotel. A big congratulations to everyone.

Everything, very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was great. The continental Breakfast was so yummy, hats off to the chef. The pool was very inviting, but forget to bring swimsuit. Staff wouldn't let me skinny dip, 🤣 just kidding. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Indianapolis.

The cold and windy outside. But it's winter

The hotel was conveniently located and although old, it looks like they are about to start a facelift 😎 which it needs. Breakfast was average for hotels. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. We asked for a room not facing the highway.

Only choices for foods even though there are many hotels right there is fast food.

We stayed for Indy 500 and felt this location was perfect for us. Still close but not in the middle of everything. Breakfast was a good bit of selection. It was also very clean in here and the staff was friendly as well!

The pool is smaller than you’d imagine but nonetheless they still have one. The pillows on the beds look like throw pillows so I advise to bring your own.

The facilities were clean inside and out and the staff were helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean, everything worked the way it should, and it had a nice 50” tv. The staff kept the breakfast stocked with fresh food and the dining area was clean.

The room rate was very high for a Comfort Inn but there was nothing negative about the property.

Stayed for night 3 of the Taylor swift Eras tour. How staff was amazing!! They went out of their way on multiple occasions for us and even getting our room done early so we could check in early! Room was clean, only 15 mins from Lucas oil stadium right off the high way and had minimal traffic.

Beds were uncomfortable and so were the pillows.

The cost was amazing in comparison to other hotels in the area at this time. Room was clean.

The area had multiple closed businesses so not a great area for shopping for anything. Security was a big factor at this location. The sound proofing was not great. Every truck on the highway, slammed door, loud conversation, siren was heard, day and night.

The room was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

As I said room was good but I could have swore it said queen beds and they were full beds not queen. We about fell on the ice by the side door going to and from our room because it wasn't salted. Those Ate the only 2 reasons it got an 8 instead of a 10.
