The rooms were large and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms and showers. We only used one spa treatment but the saunas and pool were well kept and comfortable. The staff was consistently lovely and helpful.

While the breakfast was good, it wasn't at the level of some other similarly situated Israeli hotels. The vegan offering was extremely limited. We did take advantage of dinner one evening which was very convenient. While the food was plentiful, we felt it didn't reach the level of the price and no including coffee/tea (and possibly soft drinks) seemed a bit cheap at that price point.

The location is great, the hotel is cozy, clean and great especially for short stays .. The room size is enough, spacious, and the front desk was very welcoming when I arrived at the hotel. Wifi worked well too .. I

There was no proper coffee served in the breakfast .. Only the Nespresso capsules, which was a disappointment for me ... Also the entrance of the hotel is closed due to road construction, which makes it a bit inconvenient to get in/out .. otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

the staff was very nice,in the morning the breakfast had a big variety, the waiters and workers were very professional and friendly. the spa was amazing and had several facilities and programs. very nice in total

the balcony we had was very dusty, the table and chairs were covered in dust. there was no lighting so we couldn’t sit there properly at night. when we tried to call for Room service, the connection was lost very fast, no one answered. we called the lobby and they said that we will be contacted in a few minutes. they called us after 2 hours and we couldn’t contact them to see where our food was, given the fact that they told us the estimate would be 20 minutes when in reality we received the ordered food an hour and a half later. At the spa, the jacuzzi reeked of chlorine and my skin developed a rash because of it.

I loved the pool/spa area. It’s open until 19:00. The pool is indoors with jacuzzis, sauna and steam room available to all guests. The hotel is really clean, really simple, the staff is really sweet and amicable. They upgraded our room for no reason without us asking. Honestly really liked it for the weekend

From the get go, staff were really helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very good and there were good options for vegetarians/vegans. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. It's only a 13 minute walk to the beach and the Marina.

I found the spa to be a little underwhelming.

A very comfortable and clean hotel. Kind and friendly staff and I received an upgrade when I checked in, which was a lovely surprise! The room was very spacious and well decorated with quality amenities. Large bathroom with a great shower, lovely lounge with a super soft couch. Great quality bed and linen. There is construction in the area but the rooms are sound proof so there is no disturbance. There are great cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room had a view of the beach which is so close by, though I was unable to get there due to work commitments. I'll definitely stay again!

The bathrobes could be replaced with new ones as they seem quite old and worn. I didn't make use of the indoor pool area, which looked lovely. I did frequent the gym, which has great facilities but is shared with people outside the hotel so it can be busy at times.

We spend great time with my family, it's just one night but we fully enjoy it, very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. The room is very clean , good ambiance and very nice design from reception to rooms. Breakfast with a lot of choices ! We loved it. The location near the beach and restaurants. The warm welcome, and very helpful staff, special thanks to Jeremy who helped us to change our room as we arrived with addition 1 guest. You saved us, our family able to spend great moment together. 100 % I recommend NYX !!!

Very comfortable beds. The gym is well equipped. The pool is small but good, and pretty. Nice hot tub. Good breakfast.

The decor was not my taste, was more of a cold/modern vibe, and not a warm inviting feeling. But that's very subjective obviously.

I got an upgrade to the room, which was excellent. Very good breakfast and attention. I will definitly choose this hotel again
