The multi room suites are very large and they have full kitchens. There’s plenty of room and there is a bathroom per bedroom, which is very helpful when traveling with the family. There’re plenty of parking spaces close to each room. The location is right next to Target, interstate 25, and lots of stores and restaurants in the Denver tech center area, which is a clean part of Denver. Additionally, the staff seems to be a lot better than in the past.

I have been coming to this hotel once per year for the last 6 - 7 years because it has been really nice and spacious for my family, was a good value, and a nice place. However, it has not been updated once in that time. The couches in the main central living area are getting shabby. The grout in the showers is old, and the whole place needs updating overall, but it’s still acceptable at this point. If they don’t start updating we may look at another Hyatt House in the Denver area next time. Additionally, I did not appreciate the quality of the staff on the two prior years trips, but was pleasantly surprised this time by much better service.

We had the 2 BR/ 2Bath suite with one king bed and two queen beds. Beds are soooo comfortable and the room was spacy . It was nice to have each your own privacy but you could still socialize in the kitchen/living room. Just wish there were more than 2 stools in the kitchen ...for a room that large you would of thought it would have 4 with a larger breakfast bar in the kitchen to socialize. Loved having a full size refrigerator and freezer. Just note: because the rooms have freezers the hotel DOES NOT offer an ice machine ...so if your ice maker wasnt turned on...your screwed if you need ice. My cousin had sprained her knee and we had no way to help her out with ice for it. Also, breakfast is yummy but dont be a minute late because they are DONE ..lol no straggling munchies.

Just the social areas could use some renovation. Carpet is worn and the elevator is sloooowwww. They really need to try to do something about that elevator....you can wait for a while waiting for it and depending where your room is...the stairs aren't always a more convenient choice.

Everything except the pictures hanging had finger prints and the shower in 2nd room the glass was smudged and the first room had a bees nest between window and screen good size nest and the stove top and knobs were still greasy. But the room itself was great escape

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was so good! The extended stay room with kitchenette was beautiful! It had everything I needed minus a pizza pan and glass baking dish. The room was so clean and pretty! The shower was so relaxing! Having two TV's was nice! This hotel is luxury!

Maybe the pillows could be better. But overall the bed was great!

Parking was well lit and safe, very close to freeway access. Breakfast was great, lots of options for picky kids. The room was spacious and very clean. The full kitchen comes in handy when you want to save money on food and cook in the hotel.

There was someone sleeping between the doors out the back when I left at 4am, it did give me a little jump scare but that was the only thing negative.

Comfy bed, large king suite, kitchen in our suite, friendly staff, clean, easy to access everything in DTC, grass for pets, awesome breakfast daily, good communication

Could be better at emptying trash cans outside stairwells on bottom levels-they are smaller than the ones out front and seem to fill up fast, and for picking up trash and dog poo around d the property.

The room was a perfect size for my family of 5 - 2 king room suite (2 adults and 3 teens). After the first night the AC in our room stopped working and the staff was quick to remedy with another room (same size) and their maintenance staff would not be able to address until the morning. We greatly appreciated the accommodation and would definitely stay here again!

All was better than expected. The room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. However, the side doors for 1st floor residents didn't work for re-entry. All residents had to use the lobby. Which was not that bad and I don't blame Hyatt House for reducing the access to the property. All was very good.

The staff was excellent and very professional. The rooms were clean. The beds are real comfortable. We got the two bedrooms suits with a kitchen. This made it easier for us to buy snacks & heat up food. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were to busy being up & down that we didn’t get a chance to use the pool.

Facility clean and comfortable. It's in a great location, I would definitely stay here again.

A couple spiders made their way in the bathroom. No biggie, my husband sent them to Jesus.
