We recently stayed at Nissia Apartments in Santorini for five nights with our 2.5-year-old son, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is ideal, situated directly on the beach with all essential amenities within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for a family. The rooms are impeccably clean and are serviced daily, which added to our comfort. Breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to each day. However, what truly sets Nissia Apartments & Suites is the warmth and dedication of the staff. They genuinely made the place feel like home. A special thanks goes to Costas, whose positive energy and excellent restaurant recommendations made our stay unforgettable. Theo, with her friendly and welcoming demeanor, made us feel right at home. Anna, arguably the best barista in Greece, and the second Costas, who kept a close eye on ensuring everyone’s happiness, were equally outstanding. Our five nights at Nissia Apartments were fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini.

Nissia is a small apartment hotel but had everything we wanted - the staff were very friendly, the room was a good size and very clean, the location is great, next to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. We also had our own jacuzzi, a shared pool and a pool bar right outside our room. Just a shame it's still early season so a little too cold to swim!

Pretty much everything was great, the only thing which was ever so slightly annoying was that the outside areas were cleaned quite early every morning and the scraping of furniture / banging of the brush woke us earlier than we would have liked.

Great stuff, very polite and helpful, give us recommendations about restaurants and boat tours. Breakfast was given every morning to the room, not much variety of food but it was delicious and enough. Room was cleaned every day, pool was big and deep, but with little zone for little ones. Room had own jacuzzi, so it’s was perfect after long day at the beach.

Amazing location, wonderful to eat breakfast right on the beach. Lunch menu brilliant value for money with huge portions of the freshest ingredients. Facilities in room very good, nice balcony with place to hang wet clothes. Air conditioning in the bedroom was brilliant, allowed perfect nice sleep as there was no noise from outside either. Wonderful staff who could not do enough for us, Kostas (both of them), Jenny and of course the wonderful Socrates who it was an absolute joy to see every day. Never known service like this, keep it up everyone, you are brilliant and made our holiday very special.

Only slight downside of the room was that it’s impossible to shower without water going all over the floor.

This hotel is beyond our expectation. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has lots of options and delicious. Our room was in front of the pool and with hot tub. Kids loved the hotel cause they had the chance to play in the sea and beach but also in the pool. Pool and beach are next to each other and as parents we managed to rest as well. Hotel is located in the quiter part of Kamari and in few meters to many restaurants and bars. We tried different restaurants every day. I cant recommend enough this place.

Absolutely everything. This was home away from home with all the cares, needs, and wants being met. As a solo traveler, safety and convenience are a must for me. This property offered it all and beyond. From arrival, Kostas, Yennie, and Nikos provided a warm and meticulous welcome. They are friendly, yet professional. The family suite with a sea view was exactly what I had in mind for this relaxing vacation. I enjoyed the time relaxing in the privacy of the balcony tub, but I could still see the scenery. The beds were comfortable, and the AC unit worked exceptionally well. I like my room at ~19c/69F. I was able to explore the island all around thanks to their great location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, the property sits in a spot that is tranquil. My transfers were arranged at the reception. The transfer companies were timely. Kudos to Katerina at the breakfast area, who added a personal touch remembering my name and my food preferences every day. The breakfast area is located in a shaded section by the water, uncrowded and with very comfortable seating. Breakfast meals were fresh and with a variety for everyone.

We had an incredible time at nissia The location is perfect, situated close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a highlight for the kids, offering plenty of fun and relaxation. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we could ask for. And the breakfast – wow! It was truly amazing, with a fantastic selection that set us up for the day. We can't wait to return!

We stayed in one of the gorgeous apartments with a plunge pool balcony and sea view! A lovely breakfast was served to us every day and we just had the most relaxing time. Excellent location - close to loads of great restaurants and would recommend Kamari as a base to explore the rest of the island without breaking the bank! The cleaners were very thorough however we found they interrupted us quite a lot in the mornings asking to clean as early as 08:30 one morning.

The property is beautiful. Small boutique family ran hotel, decorated beautifully. Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. A great location with its own beach area.
