We recently stayed at Nissia Apartments in Santorini for five nights with our 2.5-year-old son, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is ideal, situated directly on the beach with all essential amenities within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for a family. The rooms are impeccably clean and are serviced daily, which added to our comfort. Breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to each day. However, what truly sets Nissia Apartments & Suites is the warmth and dedication of the staff. They genuinely made the place feel like home. A special thanks goes to Costas, whose positive energy and excellent restaurant recommendations made our stay unforgettable. Theo, with her friendly and welcoming demeanor, made us feel right at home. Anna, arguably the best barista in Greece, and the second Costas, who kept a close eye on ensuring everyone’s happiness, were equally outstanding. Our five nights at Nissia Apartments were fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini.

Amazing location, wonderful to eat breakfast right on the beach. Lunch menu brilliant value for money with huge portions of the freshest ingredients. Facilities in room very good, nice balcony with place to hang wet clothes. Air conditioning in the bedroom was brilliant, allowed perfect nice sleep as there was no noise from outside either. Wonderful staff who could not do enough for us, Kostas (both of them), Jenny and of course the wonderful Socrates who it was an absolute joy to see every day. Never known service like this, keep it up everyone, you are brilliant and made our holiday very special.

Only slight downside of the room was that it’s impossible to shower without water going all over the floor.

Absolutely everything. This was home away from home with all the cares, needs, and wants being met. As a solo traveler, safety and convenience are a must for me. This property offered it all and beyond. From arrival, Kostas, Yennie, and Nikos provided a warm and meticulous welcome. They are friendly, yet professional. The family suite with a sea view was exactly what I had in mind for this relaxing vacation. I enjoyed the time relaxing in the privacy of the balcony tub, but I could still see the scenery. The beds were comfortable, and the AC unit worked exceptionally well. I like my room at ~19c/69F. I was able to explore the island all around thanks to their great location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, the property sits in a spot that is tranquil. My transfers were arranged at the reception. The transfer companies were timely. Kudos to Katerina at the breakfast area, who added a personal touch remembering my name and my food preferences every day. The breakfast area is located in a shaded section by the water, uncrowded and with very comfortable seating. Breakfast meals were fresh and with a variety for everyone.

Nothing was subpar.

This hotel is beyond our expectation. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has lots of options and delicious. Our room was in front of the pool and with hot tub. Kids loved the hotel cause they had the chance to play in the sea and beach but also in the pool. Pool and beach are next to each other and as parents we managed to rest as well. Hotel is located in the quiter part of Kamari and in few meters to many restaurants and bars. We tried different restaurants every day. I cant recommend enough this place.

We had an incredible time at nissia The location is perfect, situated close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a highlight for the kids, offering plenty of fun and relaxation. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we could ask for. And the breakfast – wow! It was truly amazing, with a fantastic selection that set us up for the day. We can't wait to return!

The property is beautiful. Small boutique family ran hotel, decorated beautifully. Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. A great location with its own beach area.

In addition to its position right by the beach & sea it’s close proximity to all amenities made for a very relaxing holiday. The bonus for us was the exceptional service provided by all the staff. From the frontline on reception very professional and accommodating to the team manning the bar and restaurant, especially at breakfast time in the morning, with a ready smile and nothing too much trouble. A very family orientated environment geared to making sure you had an enjoyable Holiday, which we did . The personal touch makes all the difference which the large commercial Hotels fail to achieve. Thank you all we will return!

We could not find fault.

Location was great, right next to the Beach, the Pool area was quiet and the small bar was great. THe breakfast was plentiful and very nice too (probably too much food!!) best of all were the staff, especially Carlos (only kidding it's Costas!) Lisa, Katerina and Panos. Great sense of humour and became firm friends too

Aircraft noise could be intrusive, but after a couple of days nothing to worry about. Oia and Fira were very busy with tourists from the cruise ships, try and find a quieter time to visit.

Excellent location across a pedestrianised road from the beach and centre to the strip of bars and restaurants along the seafront in Kamari. The apartments are picturesque and adequate for your stay. Beds were made and towels were replaced daily. The apartment grounds were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Costas gave good recommendations for restaurants and what excursions are available and which ones to avoid if you have trouble with mobility. The pool area is big enough for the number of rooms but the sunbeds across the road are free so tended to spend most time on the beach. The cost of our stay also included a cooked to order breakfast at the Yiasemi Snack bar on the beachfront, which was excellent and so filling it would set you up for the whole day. Again the waiters were very friendly.

The air conditioning is only in the bedroom so anyone sleeping in the lounge area doesn't really get the benefit and nights can be warm. There is no drawer space but there are plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and one large shelf inside. There is a poolside bar as well as the beach bar across the street but these closed at 6pm and it would have been nice if they were open until much later.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Always greeted with a smile and looking to take care of all of the guests needs. The location is excellent, with the private spas, leading to the pool and then to the breakfast area with an amazing view of the beach. The breakfast had a nice variety of options savory and sweet. Reception will also book adventures, taxis, restaurant reservations, etc so you don't have to stress about planning. I would definitely recommend booking with Nissia
