The apartments are new and in a quiet and safe suburb of Hannover. My uncle and aunt pronounced their apartment the best on this trip (and we had stayed in 8 apartments prior to checking into Sofi Living). Our room was nice too but the pull shades in the bedroom fell down and the kitchen window had no shades or curtains at all. I think our room just needs to be finished up, for the built-in oven wasn't yet functional and there was no electrical outlet for the little substitute toaster oven in its cubby (you'll have to take the toaster oven out of its cubby and sit it somewhere else to use). There is a washer and dryer (fees) in the laundry room, which was helpful since we are traveling with limited clothing.

the staff charge twice, i booked and paid with card for my son, and accidentally they charge again from my son when he arrived, but they informed they will credit back the amount charged to my son account....Great JOB sofi living

It was exelent. Rooms, personal and location.

The only thing is outside electronic check-in machine - it does not work properly. Therefore we had to wait for a personal arrival. It should work more faster and clear. Too many questions, too many to type and afterwards it says that you failed and you cannt get your key! Very strange machine!

The place was an excellent choice. I was looking for a place for Hannover Messe and I was lucky to find Sofi. The room is big! Super clean, with new facilities, excellent shower, a complete kitchen. Good region, with a very quiet neighborhood. The hotel attendants helped me with tips about the city. I recommend this hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, so I had to notify the attendant that I would arrive later. They attended to me without problems, so it was soon resolved. This was the only downside.

There are coffee machines in the lobby, but it would be nicer to have one in the room. The equipment was perfect, including a dish washer, but it would be perfect if a microwave is included, as there is no backing oven.

It’s very comfortable for long stay - here’s all the kitchen equipment, the apartment is warm, you can wash your clothes, table and chair for the home office

It was clean and suitable, I have had many experiences of getting hotels, but I need to thank the lady who was at the hotel reception when I arrived and declare that her energy and help were very valuable.

It was a lovely stay, the staff did their best to tell me the rules and took care of payments. I had a lovely stay!
