The location is perfect! Good swimming pool (although the sea is all you need!!), very near the sea (astonishing!!!) and the town. Peaceful at night - good rest. There is a restaurant in the hotel with good food and a supermarket across the road. The flat has all the basics - fridge, cutlery, stove. Friendly staff.

It is a bit outdated. Could do with a bit of a refurbishment to boost appearance and comfort. Definitely the rooms need blackout curtains! The sun is super amazing but it comes through the windows very strongly. I had sleep masks - if I didn’t it would have been annoying to wake up too early on holiday with all the light coming through.

Very close to city center and the beach.

The mattress was not good. I woke up everyday with back pain. It was really a struggle to have a proper sleep.

The location is perfect. You have immediate access to the beach, the city center. The hotel area is beautiful and well taken care of.

The room is not up to standard and should be renovated. The location of the room is a little secluded from the rest of the hotel rooms with a location behind the restaurant and with a business in the next door room. Also the reception staff service level varies. Some are super service minded and understanding, some might not be so interested in you as a guest

We had a very nice stay, the property is not the newest, but very functional. The atmosphere, and general vibes, is what makes these apartments special, alongside the pool by the sea.

Wi-Fi is definitely on the low side, make sure to get your own e-Sim for data. Our stay was unfortunately affected by the works carried over by the pool, which made impossible for us to relax and use it. But other than that, is good.

The location is amazing, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are as shown in the photos. The pool and the private beach are amazing. The hotel restaurant is one of the best I have visited in Cabo Verde.

The electricity went out on Sal Island and the hotel didn't have a generator, so we had a whole day without electricity and water.

A very good place for the cost. So lovely apartments complex, trees blooming all around, private beach for swimming and playing with kids, spacious clean pool, friendly staff! We had comfortable bed and sea view from big balcony. Food was good and especially loved my cappuccino. Thanks all staff for a little heaven in Sal!

A little refurb wood be good however prices are reasonable.

The arrogance of the new crew , hope the will be replaced before my next stay, no smile, no help giving the feeling of disturbing, never had that feelings on my previous stays. Just ignore them like they do and all is fine!

Our arrival didn't start off the best way: The hotel's payment terminal was not working and we had to try two different ATMs to get cash and the air conditioning in our room dripped profusely inside the room. Hugo the receptionist was very helpful and found a solution right away moving us to another apartment. The staff also allowed us to late check out has our flight was only at night. The pool is great and the "private" beach is also great.

They need to stop letting people reserve chairs at 7 am and have them sit there not used. We were never able to get a chair. Our dinner at the restaurant was so so.

Nice place, with comfortable localization. There were near to the ocean, and to the center of the Santa Maria. A hotel with a supervised swimming pool and two additional exits to the beach. The service was very nice and helpful. Moreover, there is a special room at the Reception- where you can leave your luggage- if your flight is later than the check-out time. The restaurant is well stocked with friendly service. Our assessment is very positive.
