Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Ananta, helped by friendly staff and a wide range of facilities to make use of. A particular highlight is the infinity pool, offering amazing views into the valley and a well stocked bar nearby. The staff went out of their way multiple times to assure we were catered for and I would happily stay here again.

At time of check in the desk clerk Ishika Agrawal’s attitude was very rude She ch.in one guest before us she took long time we weights about twenty minutes when our check in time she courtesy to welcome us or it excused for delay I request her we are above 75 years old give us without steps then also she gave us room no. 631 that was more then 15 steps down I request her change room then she give us down grade room no. 210 when that day so many same categories rooms are open on floor level or 1 to 3 steps up/down At the time of check out same clerk have no courtesy to say bye or say thanks to stay with us Other than above our stay was excellent

The spread of property, giving a sense of abundance.

Human processes are very poor. There is no one to confirm booking over phone after 5 pm and before 10 am. Majority of front desk staff are ill-trained to speed up check in even to check confirmation of booking through system, despite giving confirmation code. There is very poor coordination between staff attending over phone and those who are physically present at property. Property does not accept card or UPI at amenities only cash is taken as spot payment method.

I liked the room size and the beds. I loved the community aspect of it and had one of the best gym facilities. The dinner buffet was good but bit pricey.

My room was changed 3 times, I had request for 2 separate beds and one rolling bed for me and my 2 children for us to each sleep in our own bed. The first room only had King size bed, then we were transferred to next room which had the separable King Size bed but the mattress was King Size then we had to wait quite a while to get this sorted. We lost 2 hours at the check in and then almost 3 hours with the shift in rooms & beds.

Excellent. Pick time service was poor. I saw lots of food waste by visitors. Drive should be made to avoid food wastages. Put signages to avoid food wastages as lots of people in India sleep without food.

Some evening recreations like family games, housie & musical programs should be planned. Many other resorts & clubs are doing it in India. It will definitely ATTRACT people to revisit facility & stay for more days as after one day people gets bored. Signage boards to approach Ananta resort should be appeared on road at least 5 to 7 kilometer at every kilometer.

Prompt service.

I had faced issue of double payment at the resort. One by credit card and other by using credit card authorisation submitted during making reservation. The staff during checking in should have ensured that credit card authorisation is not used. Now I am requesting resort to refund the double payment which they have taken.

We had an amazing stay with our family at Ananta. The property is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff is helpful and courteous. The infinity pool view is really the best I’ve seen in western India.

The room service, specifically the in room dining takes about an hour to come. So that’s something to keep in mind.

Property is huge. They have good food, awesome infinity pool. Special treatments for babies and old age people.

Food is super cool but prices are unrealistic for the buffet as well as the a-la-cart. Staff needs more training in hospitality. They were nice though but still not meeting 5 star standards.

The resort is quiet and peaceful. Zenith bar is a good place to spend an evening. The toiletries have improved and you don’t need to carry your own shampoo etc. Housekeeping is efficient.

Breakfast is average. Skip if not included in your package. Wifi never works here. In rooms you don’t get wifi coverage and in common areas you realise that your account isn’t set up even though they told what login details would be. You’ll be wasting your time if you keep trying because it’s not your fault, it’s just not set up.

The property at Anantam was really nice, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The surroundings added to the charm, making it a great place for a getaway. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
