I had a great experience staying here. The biggest highlight for me was that they let me check in earlier than usual. I arrived on a motorcycle in the heat, and the room was already ready that meant a lot. Everything is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and speaks excellent English. Even the cleaning ladies greeted me every time I passed them in the hallway, which left a nice impression. The location is great it’s easy to get to the city center. Parking is spacious and safe, located inside the hotel yard. There are vending machines with snacks, food, and drinks, which I found very convenient. Wi-Fi works perfectly. The room is spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable. Highly recommended I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a typical, nice and clean Ibis hotel.

The Wi-Fi! It is a very poor idea for your parent company to make all ibis hotels use “free” wifi, which simply tries to get you to buy trips and such, and also wants to use cookies and sell your information! That is NOT what hotel wifi should be! Many, many travelers, even if traveling for pleasure, need wifi that can be trusted and dependable. That is not possible with such a flimsy system. I would never give out my credit card number or other important information on it. Surely, such a big company as Accor can understand that! I may unfortunately have to change hotel chains in order to be able to use a trustworthy internet.

There was one spot on the wall in the room I had booked for the second night (i.e. Sun 10/9 - Mon 11/9); I think it was from a mosquito. Happens. Really nothing else to add. Maybe some map of the neighborhood for travelers & tourists would be handy, including the options for public transport (most notably the tram railway).

Location, price, free parking

The air conditioning controller is bright at night, and it automatically stops after a few hours. When I wake up at night, it feels hot, and I have to keep resetting it. One of the beds, which is attached to the wall and needs to be pulled down, can keep scratching my leg and can be very annoying.

The room is quite small and it's not the most modern place we've stayed at, but we were quite aware when we booked it. We got it because it accepts pets, and we were joined by our two cats. Everyone was very nice, spoke English, and although they didn't have a fridge in the room they were kind enough to store some medicine in their own private refrigerator. Very much appreciated. The location was great, close to the highway but also to the city, and some good restaurants. There is also free parking inside the property.

No possibility to rent bicycles and the hotel is at some distance from the tram station (almost no bus at night). Nearest restaurant at 20 minutes walk

The bed was extremely comfortable, the wifi worked well and the bathroom was very well equipped. (Shower was excellent!) Staff were friendly and helpful. No keycards- access with code was very useful. Housekeeping left the room spotless.

Room was a little cramped for two people. It had been an option for 3 with the bed folded down but I don't think it would have been comfortable. Very little storage/hangers.

I booked for two nights because my flight home was cancelled and the next one was in two days time. However, I was then offered a place on the waiting list for a flight the next day: I would need to go to the airport to see if I could get on the flight. I explained this to the staff and they said I could have a refund for the second night I had booked if I got on this flight and called them from the airport. This is what happened, and I was refunded. I think many hotels would have refused a refund in this situation. The hotel's location is great, in a quiet location but 5 minutes from the Comedie, the centre of Montpellier.

The breakfast was served nice and early, and was a nice continental spread. The 24/7 reception was a life saver as we arrived very late! The room looked like it was recently refurbished, and was very clean.

Make sure to remember your Crit'Air Sticker (for those with registrations outside of France) if you want to drive here!

In a calm area between the city centre and the Odysseum shopping/entertainment centre. The room was quite basic, but clean and comfortable, nice shower too. The breakfast was good value, much more choice than I expected.

The room was very small and had a very small window too. The air conditioning didn’t really work in our room, but we got a fan which was ok.
