The room was clean and well equipped with everything you need, location is nice

The hotel charged my card with the deposit which was the full among of booking - 350 euro, and when i arrived insisted that i should pay for the room the full amount again. And they would return deposit only after your check out! In terms of budgeting the trip i was not ready to that and was very surprised that the deposit is so big! I received it only 15 days after i checked out. So be aware, they say it happens with all the bookings via Booking

The instructions in order to open the doors were accurate. The building was clean in general. This is very important in Marseille, because you can book an apartment which is clean itself, but in order to get to the apartment, it is possible to step on dead cockroaches everywhere, which happened to me a few days ago.

The only thing I did not like was the lack of light, since the apartment is positioned it the inside of the building. Besides the decoration was in dark colors, which was not so pleasant.

Very convenient aparthotel that had everything! If it wasn't in the room, we could get it from reception. Friendly staff and a lovely leisure area on the ground floor with decorations that showed the traveller's soul in the place. Even a coffee machine. The room had a fully functional kitchen with everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and well-organised. Although the actual room was a bit small, it didn't feel that way because of all the ample storage space and the breakfast bar. We had a great stay here and would come back again!

The location is a little hard to navigate to. But it's worth it for all the facilities.

The reservation system *requires* you to pay with a credit/debit card under the name of the person making the reservation. Furthermore the same credit/debit card is needed when checking in. This can be slightly inconvenient when booking your stay as a couple (one person makes the booking, the other one pays), and maybe also when traveling for business (e.g., if the reservation was made with a company card), etc.

Quite new furniture and everything is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The room itself is nicely decorated, everything functions as expected.

The breakfast is not worth the 14€, and also at around 10am there is not much remaining to eat. Some of the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and some are terse. The twin beds are actually side-to-side, and just different from a double by having two quilts.

Good location ✔️ pets friendly, parking is in the same building! They charge extra for pet and parking but it is usual small fee as normally you pay - 15 or 20 euro per night. Good staff🙏 they have laundry at the reception floor! The room is not too small as it usually can be in similar hotels. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was perfect for me and my chocolate Labrador, no stress!

For me everything was good!

Very close to Hotel de ville, tram stop Is 3 min away, half hour walk to the city center. Microwave worked absolutely fine, water was hot, all good

It wasn't completely clean :( WiFi was rather not working from the bed and guests have to make dishes themselves so it's better to re-wash them just in case

The room was great with a large & comfortable bed. Having Air Conditioning was great especially during a heat wave. All of the staff I met were very friendly. I liked the fact you could check your bags and that there was a lounge area. Carrefour Express is on the same block for any quick food or beverage needs.

Walking to the tram in very hot weather sometimes was too much.

Nice personal welcome with refreshments. Good location for our purpose (en route to the coast). Quite luxurious room compared to hotels in the same price range in the city centre.

The breakfast is really overpriced compared to other (chain) hotels, the variety was underwhelming. For a studio I would have expected it to be more spacious. No sockets at the beds, which was very inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of paid parking outside the hotel which was cheap. There was a Carrefour supermarket next door, but we walked the 5 minutes further to go to Lidl which was much bigger. Very quiet area. It was good that you could get free tea or coffee from the dining area between 7am-11.00am.
