We enjoyed our one night stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to get to our flight the next day.

A miscommunication for our shuttle to get us to the airport in the morning but they did get it looked after and we just made it to be able to get on board our flight, thanks to the people at the airport with Allegiant Air.

1 night Stopover for family traveling from Calgary to Yellowstone. 2 rooms booked. Staff at front were great, rooms were up to date-clean and comfortable, parking was good, location was easy to access from interstate and close enough for short drive to go dine, shop. Good pricing and value for a good hotel. Would recommend.

The front desk staff was welcoming although it took a little bit of a wait to check-in. The rooms were a great size and the king bed was comfortable as expected.

The heat blew too hard and dried up my sinuses. When the heat went off, the room got cold pretty quick, so I had to turn the heat up higher than I would. Caused me to get a cold that lasted a week.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed, the soaps and body care being provided in large enough bottles to actually wash yourself, and the cleanliness. I also love that the hotel is dog friendly, even though I'm traveling with my Service Animal. It means something to me that even though he is a medical alert working dog, he is welcome and loved by all people, staff and guests alike.

I do wish there was a decent patch of grass close by with a garbage can and provided doggy poo bags. I had my own poo bags as is expected of someone with a medical alert service dog, but the super 8 by wyndam offers a section for dogs to release themselves, bags in case you get a surprise poo, and an easy to access trash can. If that isn't possible, at least some good sized trash cans outside where I can dispose of the dog droppings like a responsible person.

As always, the beds are very comfortable but small for a queen size. The rooms are very cold if the heat isn't on during winter months, especially on the upper floors.

I requested rooms to be by each other when I made my reservations, but we ended up on different floors.

When I checked in the gentleman gave me my keys right away that was nice what I didn't like was when I called down there and I asked if they put a 100 dollar deposit on my card that they did not inform me about while checking in he was pretty rude about that! Maybe a heads up would've have been nice it was not a big deal at all but he didnt have to be so rude!

Loved everything about our stay The waterfall in the lobby is definitely our favorite. Cruz was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds are amazing.

The staff in the restaurant and bar were slow and inattentive, our server spent more time visiting with acquaintances than doing her job, we eventually had to go and request menus in order to get any service and the food quality was only fair.

location to shopping, eating, airport….was excellent. the front desk clerk when we arrived was awesome!! it was very quiet.

there was a huge ball of hair in the tub which was a turnoff. there was a very very strong smell of weed coming through the vent in the bathroom.
