I like the location. Very convenient to park, to eat, to look for food, and to shop :). Got lots of shops around here if you want to get some stuff or souvenirs. Pay RM 10.00 for safe parking till next morning.

Should put another hotel banner at the other side of the hotel, so first time guests will not use the back stairs looking for hotel entrance.

the hotel in Centrum Shopping complex, easy to get food. a lot of choices, 7e, big mac, western food, korean , japanese etc. Giant mall at basement. a lot of parking in basement

-Great location ,walking distance to McDonald’s,hypermarket ,llaollao,family mart,tealive & many restaurants -very clean & very comfortable bed -friendly staff -tv with wifi for YouTube My family feel very enjoy to stay ,the best choice to stay for Cameron highland trip ,will come back again 😊

Very clean and nice place. Worth the money for the family seat. Downstairs is Centrum so you can easily find a lot of things there. Have water dispenser tank so you can easily keep filling water when you want it.

Just small things such as noises from people that are downstairs at 3am, but this is not a big issue.

The room is width and comfort

Quit difficult to find the way to the hotel, no privacy and then we need to climb up stairs, and it's not suitable for old people or wheelchair

the place is so strategic

the owner should put a fridge for each room not sharing in the lobby...

Modern room design and toilet,spacious, large bed.Very strategic location,nearby to food places during nighttime.Being welcomed by the generous owner and had been given late checkout so that we dont in hurry.

You still can hear slightly music sound at night because the units is inside the centrum area,still acceptable

Exceptional hospitality - asked an hour's extension check-out time, obliged without hesitation.

The occasional loud music from the kids' tramp passing by.

Staff very friendly and cooperative, new hotel and very clean, location very nice in the centrum itself so easy to have breafast got a lot of shop nearby

Good location. Centrum & Billion mall just right below. Goood option of foods around. We're assisted by Mr Nabil. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Definitely going again soon.
