La Villetta Suite is a perfect place to stay especially if you are flying from airport Camphino. It is situated in very peaceful and beautiful part of Rome. Location is great since you can take a train to get to the Roma Termini station and the train stop is only 200 meters from the villa. It takes 20-30 min to get there. To take a bus to get to the metro station is very difficult. The train is great choise and the last train from Termini station is at 22 p.m. Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and very polite. La Villetta Suite will be my choise when I come back to Rome😊

The breakfast was wow! The room was again wow and the airport was....crowded but wow. I probably think the rating out of 10 for all of them would be 10. The hot chocolate and milk were absolutely stunning! Best breakfast ever! I think the breakfast in my opinion was beautiful. Sofia (the child) Bonus was to be able to choose the room with a balcony. Very clean and the staff always very kind and helpful. The location if you have a car is ideal as its not noisy. You have the train station just 5 mins away walking, called CasaBianca. The breakfast as my daughter said, was awesome, and the selection was very varied. The scenery was stunning, with the mountains seen from the balcony, especialy at night.

We liked everything so nothing to say here.

Staff is extraordinary helpful, kind, and always adding the little extra on their already good service. Late(r) check-out wish has been granted. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful for Italian conditions. And within a 5 minutes walk there is a good restaurant where one can enjoy dinner. They serve meat based dishes, and I suggest reserving a table in advance. Overall, my stay at La Villetta has been a very good experience.

Nothing I didn't like, just a suggestion, maybe on adding a shuttle service from and to the close-by airport. 20€ for a 6 minute Uber ride seems a bit too much. Taking the bus with many pieces of luggage isn't the best solution either for such a short distance as it first takes you to the city centre. But this has nothing to do with the place itself.

Lovely clean room and facilities. We needed a room near the airport and this fit the bill perfectly. Receptionist was lovely and very welcoming.

The only downside was outside. We are a little bit older and we struggled to see as it wasn’t very well lit. The path going out was a little uneven and the steps were over grown (with beautiful flowers) and again not well lit. Fine in the summer but not so great in the dark. This is not a complaint as we would definitely use La Villetta Suite again, it is just a suggestion.

The staff could not have been more helpful, special thanks to Hilary but all the team worked tirelessly to provide a great stay. Nothing was too much bother whether towels for the pool or making coffee to enjoy on the terrace. The rooms very modern and finished to a high standard. Breakfast was great. The location both to the airport and station were so close. The bed was especially comfy.

Observations only - An ice machine and fridge at reception providing cold water, beers etc would have been a God send as the temperature were close to 40 degrees. The only real issue was getting into and out of the pool the 2 steps were really steep and we had a real challenge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and very clean. Gardens beautifully looked after, and lots of sunbeds and chairs. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice. Rooms were a good size and very clean, beds very comfortable and air conditioning perfect!

The mini fridge was not cold enough, it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger/ cooler fridge in the room to keep drinks or food properly cold. Perhaps some netting around the breakfast area windows/doors to keep out the many wasps, mosquitoes etc. The location was disappointing in that there were not many places to walk to to eat or have a drink of an evening. The station was closed due to works on the line and the replacement bus very unreliable. The area itself felt a little run down and lacking in shops/restaurants/ bars which was a shame given the amazing villa.

The reception was very friendly and helpful - even helped us with organising a taxi for the early morning leave. The house was in great condition and very well equipped. Shouldn't complain about the noise from the airport, because you know what you're getting when booking a room.

For some reason early in the morning and late in the evening the staff was minding their business and making a little bit of noise outside of our door, but this might be because of the location of our room which was, what seemed like, next to the maintenance closet or something

We stayed for one night near the airport, and the location was perfect—just 5-10 minutes by taxi (around €20, which the hotel can book for you, compared to €25-30 for Uber). It’s about 25 minutes from Rome: a 5-minute walk to Casabianca station and a 20-minute train ride. The train ticket cost us €1.50 each way per person. Trains ran hourly in September, and the last one from Rome was at 11 PM, which was great. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff. Overall, no complaints—highly recommend!

Very close to the airport. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Quiet and good for sleeping. I dont know if that was only one time thing or regular, but the planes started to make noise after 7.00 in the morning. We were fine, because we were awake anyway, but maybe not for some. We got great room on ground floor with the balcony so it was easy to get inside with all the luggage, stroller and baby. You could eat on site, but we found very nice breakfast place nearby. We arrived late from the flight and it ws still possible to check-in with human on site. After that was self check-in possible.

The towels were washed but had stains on them. Wouldnt hurt to change them.

Great location for the airport, nice pool (although needs abit of tlc) spacious room with lovely linen and modern comfortable bedrooms. Went to an excellent steak house round the corner, definitely recommend.

Few cleaning issues, both shower heads need a scrub they are scummy and bit black. Couple areas in the bathroom needed maintenance where the skirting boards are worn and a bit damaged. Pool is great but it looks like in areas it needs a bit of a scrub too. There was a full ashtray in the flower pot in our balcony so just small issues that didn’t affect our over all stay. Taxi to the airport which was shared 7 seater was 23 euros. A taxi from the centre of Rome is 31 words and takes about 40 minutes. This was about a five minute drive and still 23 euros which was pricey.
