Almost everything was perfect. Food is very good, the animation team is amazing, and the location is perfect, just a short journey (about 30 min) from Enfieda airport. Bar staff, waitres, restaurant management, and cleaners were amazing. One negative thing about the hotel is the reception staff. They were very rude, not helpful.

Guys selling trips-if u decline they become really rude.Loads of drunk and loud customers (but thats idea of all inclusive),bit outdated bathrooms.Some Employes expecting tips for everything.

The reception staff Rafika Bacem went over there duty to make our stay so comfortable, they really understand your needs with an Autistic child. The bar staff Day time are excellent and always smiling friendly.

For the 16 years we have been going to this hotel the food has gone really down in the last 2 years and this stay was terrible. For 3 days we only had pizza and chips. There was Italian night although no Italians in the hotel. Fish soup was like red water. Some food on display should be chilled the display looks pretty but That’s how you get food poisoning with food left out in the heat. Chips are either cold or you have to wait 8 mins for the next lot to be cooked so then the rest of your food on the plate is cold where you have had to que and wait for it to be cooked.

Feradous and Rafita were great in helping us get late checkout and an upgrade to a sea view room, thank you both for your welcome! The pool area is amazing and the beach even more so, the staff at the beach bar and the lifeguard and security personnel at the beach are so welcoming and friendly and help you get your sunbed ready each day. They definitely made our trip as amazing at it was! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the sea view is well worth booking, it is beautiful.

The food was good, but at times felt samey. But there is enough for all tastes, but perhaps eating there 3 times a day for 10 days is a bit much. The beer and wine is good and there is always plenty of soft drinks and water available. The cocktails and spirits could be better. Some small details in the room need some attention to them, such as missing grout in tiles, but nothing that would affect your stay!

This is a very familiar hotel for us and we have stayed here many times. We like the location as it's near to Kantoui which can be accessed via walking along the beach or a tourist path. Kantoui has several shops, cafes and a marina and taxis are easily accessible from here too. The hotel staff have always been friendly and remember us. The food has been of a good standard and the Seaview room is one of the best in Sousse area.

This time we noticed that a lot of the staff that we knew here had gone and had been replaced by still friendly people but the familiarity had gone. The hotel didn't seem to be as clean. On other visits we had seen the lovely female cleaners cleaning the pool area early every morning and the beach area seemed cleaner then too. The food in the restaurant seemed a lot more basic this time with less choice ( maybe due to the high cost of groceries now).

First time in Tunesia and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and friendly, always welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the cleaning lady Latifa and restaurant staffs (evening crew). The food was okay, I noticed some repetition on certain days, which could get a bit monotonous. However, it was still decent enough for a holiday. In summary, this hotel offers good hospitality and cleanliness, making it a solid choice if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Tunisia.

Everything from begining to the end was amazing specially the custimer service wich was in very high level along with very nice smile on every staff face felt like at home. By the way everything i experienced is the same for all customers. Rooms very nice and clean Reception made my life very easy specially when having a baby whatever i ask they immedoatelydo it with pleasure. Food was really top tasty Big thx to every staff in this hotel appreciate their work. Mr Bassem in the reception is so professional and welcoming and easylife maker. Recommend this hotel and will definately come back again and again.

The staff were all very welcoming. We booked 2 nights as part of our holiday in Tunisia. I cannot fault it. The room was lovely and clean the bed very comfortable. The pool area and pools were of high standard. The water was checked regularly. You have to get your clean pool towels early.. 8am they open.. Because once they run out you don't get one. There's no charge for them and you put them for cleaning at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Overall there is nothing that stood out as disappointing other than no beach towels on the first day as we were late to collect them. 10am and they were all gone. Luckily we had our own so it's more advice than a complaint. Plenty of beds both on the beach and around the pools.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Marhaba Palace and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 10/10 Service!!

I would have liked to stay at the Marhaba Palace Hotel longer but I have to leave. Beautiful hotel, great location by the sea, large outdoor pool and indoor and heated pools, the hall, SPA & fitness, garden,.... Good breakfast, good dinner, The food in the restaurant is very delicious and fresh. Large, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessities a customer needs. Very wonderful services, all the staff are smiling and at the service of customers, from the reception to the housekeeping to the restaurant, bar, cafe and animation.. Once again, I would like to thank all those in charge of this wonderful hotel, from the officials to all the staff especially Mr. Mukhtakh at the reception. I will definitely be back to Marhaba Palace in Sousse Tunisia
