The hotel is really great for couples and also for families with kids. We travelled with a 9 months old baby and I fully recommend this hotel for anyone with babies, even for ones with young age. Both outside pools have area where a baby -who can crawl and climb- can enjoy the water. Pools are clean. The food was fascinating, every day we could find something delicious also for ourselves and for our son. There are plenty of bread, different type of pizzas, different kind of meat, side dishes and desserts so really a lot of choices. You can ask omlette and pancake to be prepared at breakfast, freshly grilled fish and meat at lunch and dinner. Coctails and drinks are okay as well, you can ask bottled water. The staff is really awesome, they are smiling and friendly all the time, everyone had a good word and some kidnness to us and our son everytime we meet them. The hotel is clean most of the places, they do regular cleanings in common areas and of course in the rooms. You can book several programs in the hotel (via travel agencies and via people offering these). We went with Fredy to Sousse-Medina, you can look for him in the lobby. We went also for a trip with catamaran, this maybe was a bit expensive but we enjoyed the time on sea.

The kids' room was not fully equipped, it is only recommended for older kids (3+ years), I think, because most of the toys (not so many) are for them. The beach was mostly cleaned and well maintained but we found some rubbish anyway. It contained a lot of seaweed, in the sea and on the beach also. The sea contains a lot of rubbish but this is not the hotel's fault, just mentioning it.

What a stunning place. We got upgraded to nice spacious room for free. Clean and comfortable room with nice balcony. Pool was amazing. Very nice comfy sun-beds. (Towels were struggle once but they arranged soon) Food was very good. Very good selection. Sushi, traditional, pizzas to name very few. Desserts were the best. Staff in restaurant was amazing specially Béchir, what an amazing guy. We celebrated our little one’s birthday there and they sure made it special. Thanks for that. For once beer was good. Cocktails were better than many all inclusive places. Aqua aerobics, darts, piano player were the highlights. Lobby area was really good for relaxing in the evenings. Poolside cafe was really good. All in all staff were amazing who made everything very special. They won’t just smile, they would always make sure you smile. Amphitheater was beautiful- on Tunisia night, Egyptian dance was beautiful.

Kids facilities could be improved (small area closer to pool would be amazing for full family fun)

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Our stay was outstanding — from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and all common areas was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of dishes that were both fresh and beautifully presented. Special thanks to the staff and supervisors, who were always professional, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

everything about hotel was excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful from we entered the hotel. Staff at reception dining areas pool areas cleaning really anyone we came in contact with. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and evening We had a small child with us who treated like prince. My daughter had 30th birthday and hotel staff made a lovely birthday cake made and organised a beautiful flower arrangement to be delivered to the table The rooms were spotless and we were upgraded on arrival. Food was excellent with different special cocktails every evening with delicious snacks before dinner. Also went to smaller waiter service restaurant for Tunisian and Italian evening. This was included in all inclusive Already looking at returning later in year

We had an amazing stay - the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was exceptional, with an impressive variety of options. The facilities were outstanding, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. There was a range of activities and entertainment on offer. From morning to night, there was always something to do for guests of all ages. Whether it was live evening or shows. You’ll never feel bored here! We left feeling relaxed, entertained, and very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

A special gift to our family at the end of the stay was an amazing touch! Staff is very friendly. Architecture and interior design are really nice. Swimming pool and beach area are superb. Free nautical activities are a very nice surprise! Food is nice. It is a strong 4-star hotel.

Carpets in halls can be cleaner. Slight leakage in the room from the ceiling and cracks around faucets. No kids' channels on TV, not enough kids' activities except evening show. Time to renew towels and bath robes.

-Check in at reception was very smooth and easy. We were given our room early and received a free upgrade. -The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom squeeky clean. Fridge very handy. Toiletries of very good quality. Bathrobes and slippers are a bonus. Complimentary fruit basket and a Birthday cake! We also received two bottles of Tunisian olive oil and a couple of coffee mugs as a gift. -Staff are the best. Very polite and attentive. Extremely kind and friendly. -Swimming pools are clean and large. Loungers comfortable. Staff always helpful by the pool. Pool bar great. -Beach very clean. Never seen sand this smooth in my life. Beach showers are very useful. -Spa staff were excellent. Treatments very reasonably priced. -Buffets were very good. Different types of recipes every day. There's always new food varieties to sample. All fresh food. -Overall, the best holiday resort we've ever been to. Will definetely be coming back again. -Thanks to everyone for making our time most enjoyable and relaxing.

We had no concerns at all. Only thing that could be better is an option to book SPA treatments online prior to arrival.

Compassion, care, our wellbeing and overall joy from every member of staff, we encountered from the minute we arrived until we left. We were stranded tourists amongst many others. Who were taken care of due to our flight being cancelled. Easyjet did not help. No representative available in person or via their helpline. This hotel was found on booking.com. I have never been so grateful or overwhelmed with the kindness that we received. ❤️ to this hotel, we also were given gifts when we flew home. Stayed 4 nights and 5 days. We all were given upgrades to fully inclusive ( no extra charge) seafront rooms.

Very friendly and super attentive staff. Great buffet food selection (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Really enjoyed the Bambalouni, fresh fruit juices and freshly made continental pastries every morning and the Tunisian selection of bsissa. Great location with private beach and close to Port Al Kantoui walking distance. The staff were very friendly and caring. I would like to thank Aziz Layouni and his colleague for arranging trips and all the waiters. Also thank you for the upgrade. I would definitely recommend and would like to come again (if the price is right got a fantastic price)

Not really, a complaint but it would be nice to have more kid-friendly facilities such as football and water slides.
