Almost everything was perfect. Food is very good, the animation team is amazing, and the location is perfect, just a short journey (about 30 min) from Enfieda airport. Bar staff, waitres, restaurant management, and cleaners were amazing. One negative thing about the hotel is the reception staff. They were very rude, not helpful.

Two beatifull pools and gardens,private beach with plenty of sunbeds,great food-loads to choose from,daily activity with animation team (sometimes bit too push-y if u decline but overall ok).Super compfy beds and sun loungers!Best server/waiter Hoisin.

Guys selling trips-if u decline they become really rude.Loads of drunk and loud customers (but thats idea of all inclusive),bit outdated bathrooms.Some Employes expecting tips for everything.

The reception staff Rafika Bacem went over there duty to make our stay so comfortable, they really understand your needs with an Autistic child. The bar staff Day time are excellent and always smiling friendly.

For the 16 years we have been going to this hotel the food has gone really down in the last 2 years and this stay was terrible. For 3 days we only had pizza and chips. There was Italian night although no Italians in the hotel. Fish soup was like red water. Some food on display should be chilled the display looks pretty but That’s how you get food poisoning with food left out in the heat. Chips are either cold or you have to wait 8 mins for the next lot to be cooked so then the rest of your food on the plate is cold where you have had to que and wait for it to be cooked.

Feradous and Rafita were great in helping us get late checkout and an upgrade to a sea view room, thank you both for your welcome! The pool area is amazing and the beach even more so, the staff at the beach bar and the lifeguard and security personnel at the beach are so welcoming and friendly and help you get your sunbed ready each day. They definitely made our trip as amazing at it was! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the sea view is well worth booking, it is beautiful.

The food was good, but at times felt samey. But there is enough for all tastes, but perhaps eating there 3 times a day for 10 days is a bit much. The beer and wine is good and there is always plenty of soft drinks and water available. The cocktails and spirits could be better. Some small details in the room need some attention to them, such as missing grout in tiles, but nothing that would affect your stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Marhaba Palace and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 10/10 Service!!

Everything! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The amenities were fantastic, and we truly felt welcomed, safe, and valued. The reception team was especially helpful with every request, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. I mainly took videos so i've taken a few screenshots from the videos to show the room and the breakfast lol.

The only minor downside was that one of the outdoor pools was closed, but given the cold and rainy weather during our stay, it was completely understandable. It didn’t affect our experience at all!

Mohktar is the best at reception, truly amazing person. I have stayed at this hotel many many many times, the service is amazing, the hotel is very clean, the staff collectively are some of the best people I’ve ever encountered. Food is amazing, and I can only say good things about this hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Marhaba Palace hotel, and it is always a pleasure to stay here, especially when it feels like a second home. ❤️❤️❤️

People at reception are very good and helpful, life guard(Amin )are very helpful, people of animation are good ,breakfast is good

Some of waiter and worker are rude not helpful, there is a discrimination about help in some waiter not all of them ( some waiter are happy when they see people from Europe they give them good welcome and good service),Arabic (Tunisian , algerien…) no good service , food need to change variety (, I see the same fish in three days )

Hotel went above and beyond to ensure every need was catered for! Upgraded our room!Room immaculate,bed was unbelievably comfortable, fresh fruit tea coffee sugar and bottled water brought to our room as ww had missed breakfast with late arrival, Hotel booked and ensured we had a safe trip to and back from embassy and we were even offered a meal so we wouldn't go hungry! Beautiful hotel beautiful location I'd give more than ten stars if it was possible!

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.There were a professional Bar Chef named Karim i think,he is working like crazy to make All special wishes,the reception team like always on the top,the Restaurant staff also and the animations team (momo/midou/…)you just cross snikey peoples everywhere ever they are not working on that humain conditions. The hotel could be much better if they give more value to the staffs working (with a suit ander 45 degree on the pool 🥵🥵)!!!!
