Air con could be better as unable to turn down in rooms and almost non existent in public places including reception WiFi not working in rooms not really good for such a large hotel Beach could be cleaner More staff would be beneficial in the restaurant although wonderful service from the staff they were stretched and unable to keep up with demand resulting in lack of food replenishment and plates etc in time

We encountered a slight delay at the check-in, but the front office manager and the client relationship officer promptly greeted us and ensured that the process was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, we received a complimentary room upgrade at the original booking rate, despite the hotel being busy at this time of the year. The staff's exceptional friendliness always accompanies a warm and welcoming smile.

We were impressed by the hotel's attention to safety, with clearly visible signs throughout the property. Despite the hotel's considerable size, getting around the different floors and facilities was a breeze. The generously sized pools provided plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The entertainment staff went above and beyond, delivering diverse music and dances that created a lively and welcoming atmosphere. We were so delighted with our experience that we decided to extend our stay by an additional two days.

I will definitely be returning with my family in summer. I like the fact that it has its own private beach for guest. Restaurant had variety of choices for any child who is very selective, which i really loved.

I liked everything about the hotel. However there is a need to review the wifi strength especially within the rooms. As it was buffet, i really didnt like seeing people waste food. People really should take what they feel they can eat and not fill up their plate and waste it.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Port El Kantaoui on the first line from the sea. The area is quite large and moderately green. The pool is large, pleasant and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is very good, sometimes excellent and varied. The beer is good as well as the wine (red and white) is also not bad, especially when compared with other wines from local shops. The service staff is very friendly and qualified, excluding reception. It is necessary to note also that prices of different attractions on the beach are not high and the hotel has a lot of parking place.

The service staff in reception is not qualified, not fast and not friendly. The local strong alkohol is not good quality and it is looked like bottled from the same barrel, but with different tastes, excluding liquor and vermut. However, this is not a problem of the hotel, but the problem of local strong alkohol. The beach area could also be a little bit cleaner.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is very clean, very well located, food is good and rooms have a great view. Heated indoor pool is very convenient for when the weather is not too hot to be able to swim outside.

The breakfast excellent, all the food very good. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms spacious, nice large bath. The staff are very good, friendly but don't overstep the mark. Very good chef, well run, pleasant atmosphere amongst staff, which suggests good strong management

The entertainment is very poor. I understand lack of customers, but the entertainment that came, frequently disappeared, and constantly finished early. Later, no entertainment other than someone putting on recorded music. Paying customers, however few, still expect entertainment at a 5 star hotel. Hotel pool, showing large mould patches ,though they were painting it. Carpets, looking discoloured, patchy, lets it down a bit.

The property was extremely spacious you can see the beach the greens from all over the corners the view was stunning The every day buffet was extremely generous and varied the staff very helpful and polite
