We had a great stay at the resort! It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a really nice vibe with interesting themes throughout. It’s also conveniently located near Target and several restaurants, which was a big plus. One thing to note is that they charge a 20% service fee for any food orders or restaurant services. The pool area was clean, and there’s a small restaurant on-site, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and polite, though the check-in staff could benefit from a bit more training, it felt like they were fresh graduates still finding their rhythm. Our only issue was that the HVAC system didn’t seem to be working properly, but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we return in the future, I might consider Hilton resorts again, as they seem more involved in vacation services.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities near to restaurants and bars

I booked a king room with a resort view and was given a two queen bed overlooking an overgrown tip that was supposed to be gardens???? I returned to reception and had to plead my case to be given what I had booked at least a king bed. I was moved to this and the view was a little better .. overlooking the car park! Apparently a resort view was the back of the hotel and if you wanted what I would call, but they don't, a pool/resort view I would have had to pay an extra $200! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and had booked this as a treat to both finish our month long trip and celebrate.. after my initial disappointment we did enjoy our stay

Nice and spacious with plenty to do at sunset walk right on the doorstep. Rooms were nice, clean, comfy, pools warm and the hotel had a fun vibe. Nice to get a welcome drink and friendly staff,

Bar was insane we’ve just been on a royal Caribbean cruise and the bar here was dearer. Also didn’t like getting a few snide comments from the bar lady serving and then after paying $24 for two half pint glasses of peroni and 2 cokes one for an adult in a kids cup with a lid and straw to have an automatic $5 tip added and she took my dollar tip without saying it was included too! $31 for a pint and two cokes is robbery. The valet parking is a rip off too $35 a day!

This resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff were fantastic! Lots of great amenities at the resort, and also nearby. Lots within walking distance . We loved the Carribean feel that this resort has, and everything it had to offer. It was very well kept/clean. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing! Fantastic place to stay!

I love how well kept clean the facility is , loves the multiple pools to relax , staff super friendly. Parking was available and valet if needed . Love the flexibility available to have a late check out when possible. I have travel a lot and love that in Florida this location made me feel I was in a Caribbean.

The sand in the beach club around chairs always had a bit of residual trash from the day before when I arrived in the mornings. A little disappointing, but would t let it ruin my stay. My room felt a bit worn. The floors were just pain dirty. When I cleaned up some water I spilled, the towel was black when I picked it up. (Keep your flip flops on my friends). The artwork on the walls were very, VERY visibly dusty. After the first day, the room smelled a bit like mildew when I walked in. The open glass showers must too much moisture soak into its walls.

Very relaxing & enjoyable getaway vacation. Grounds well manicured & many pleasant walkways with 3 different & fun pool site options. Many amenities on site incl. food options and others in easy walking distance from site.

1. bar fridge leaking frequently, i.e. had to wipe up 2-3 times a day & had reported to main desk a # of times. 2. plug in one sink didn't work properly 3. could have used more hooks in bathroom area for hanging towels & bathing suits and a vent to remove humidity 4. more healthy options at pool restaurants wld be appreciated

Spacious rooms, a great pool area, and plenty of food options all conveniently located close to everything. However, the waterpark does not provide any towels, and the resort does not allow guests to bring towels from onsite to the waterpark. This could be improved, even if it meant charging a fee for lost towels.

I noticed there didn’t seem to be any security cameras in the hallways, and the hallways also felt like they didn’t have air conditioning. There was no guardhouse checking reservations, which made it seem like anyone could easily come in and out without restriction.
