It also has a queen-sleeper sofa in the living room, a full guest bathroom, a full kitchen and dining room with a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and dinnerware for 10. Four televisions/cable, washer & dryer, and air-conditioned.

All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas.
