The location was great. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants.The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was very convenient for the 6 of us . Love the washer and dryer in the apartment style suite.The pool was wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like just a few issues that were quickly resolved lamp switch, stove aside and toaster aside from the smoke detector kept going off when we cooked had to leave the door open and floor don’t think was mopped we walked around barefoot the bottom of our feet were very dirty. There was a broom but no mop. I would have mopped if there was one available in the room.

We LOVED all of the Pools, Tiki bar and the big bathtub. Shannon at the Tiki bar was excellent and has the absolute best personality!

Our floors were very dirty throughout the entire place. We had to wear shoes while walking around inside. If we had socks on or bare feet, they ended up black after just walking around for a few minutes. Someone also came in our condo while we were gone and took our TV that was in the living room and then replaced it with a very tiny TV. When I called the front desk, they acted like they didn't have any idea what happened. We didn't mind the smaller one, it was the fact that someone actually came in while we were gone and took something out of it without saying anything to anyone. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very quiet, which I enjoyed.

The pool and gym

The area we had was under construction or maybe it’s where the maintenance is kept. But we got the area where it was trashy on the outside. There were mountains of cement rocks, some dirt. You could definitely tell there were some kind of construction or renovation going on. Which is understanding but with kids we always have to be careful just to make sure they’re not getting into certain things. I definitely think if there was something to cut it off or block it off so I just didn’t pop out to the eye as much. As well as they have the tennis court, but in order for us to get the items we had to drive quite a bit of a distance to retrieve those items and be able to play and use the amenities properly.

I love the value and it was very spacious. All the kitchenware was included! Perfect spot to get it everything.

The hot tub across the street at our area was cold we spoke with staff twice during our 6day 5 night stay and it was never fixed. Also the connecting room door was not locked which we had to call staff up in the middle on the night to lock it as the neighbors had opened the door. Also online it says it offers shuttles which also is a lie.

Staff was incredible, personable and quick to answer and help with any questions. They made the entire experience memorable and made up in what the facility lacks

Facilities did not look like the pictures. I had to check in across the highway from my room (thankfully I had a friend to drive me and didn’t uber and get dropped off and need to walk across the highway with my bags. this wasn’t disclosed prior). The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the room across from me breathing, especially since my room was quiet since the TV didn’t work

1: Not enough kitchen gadgets 2: Furniture was dated 3: The door that was between our room and the next room was constantly trying to be opened. You can hear everything through the door which to me is considered not secured and was echoed into our room. That made me feel unsafe . 4: Not enough garbage cans I found 2. One by the splash pad and one by the entrance. There is one in each pool area. But I walk my dogs around and have to look for someplace to dispose of waste...I did see a dog area which is great...just not for my dogs. 5: need more lounge chairs in the pool areas. There is not enough and people saving their chair early should not be allowed

Staff was very nice.

First room was not cleaned, second one was not written correctly on paper and could not find it. Finally got into room. Was nice until we cooked dinner then the glass baking dish exploded everywhere. They gave us vouchers for the restaurant for the next day but that didn't help with dinner so we had to go through a drive through, finally at 930 at night. There were others having some of the same issues in which the person ahead of us was assigned a room that was already occupied.

Very nice room, nice accommodations, nice amenities (pools, hot tub, on site restaurant). Really nice stay. There were nice toiletries provided. We rented the largest room they have, a 2 bedroom suite. It had a king suite with connected bathroom with a spa tub and shower. It had a full kitchen, complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and the cookware and dishware anyone could need. There was also a stacked washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds. The other bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and shower. There was also a 2nd living area with a kitchenette.

We rented what we were told was the nicest room. It was a 2 bedroom suite. Nice king suite with connected bathroom with a spa tub. The only issue we had was the drain in the spa tub in the master bedroom wouldn't drain, so couldn't take a bath. Another minor issue, it would have been nice to have an elevator to carry our stuff up in.

Location and the full kitchen

Staff was a little rude this time around and we do stay there a-lot they normally are very nice. A/c needs attention the cafe definitely needs work I ordered a bagel and it had a horrible taste even after loading up with cream cheese. I also tried it awhile back and ordered lunch food and was just yuck.

I loved how roomy it was, I didn’t expect so much space!! The pool was in walking distance maybe 2-3 min walk and it was nice sized with jacuzzi. Both room tubs had really big bath tubs for jacuzzi as well.

I think it could’ve been a little more cleaner. The tubs in the bathrooms had dirt in them and I think some of the detailing is old but could use a good cleaning. No soaps in some of the bathroom containers worked.
