Ivan & Staff where wonderful !! Great location easy walk to everything in town.

No hot water in sink or shower .

Large clean room. Very comfortable.

Breakfast was cold cereal so that was a no-go for us. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The room did require some minor maintenance but it wasn't a big deal. The toilet leaked and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed because the door lock wouldn't catch. The front door did not close tightly so it would rattle back and forth every time the wind blew. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had to take our bags up ourselves, again no biggie but my wife would have definitely struggled to do that if I weren't there. The wifi was good but we were only in our room to sleep so we didn't use the wifi much. We would definitely stay here again

Reception Staff: Excellent, friendly, and check in was timely. They offered to store my luggage because I arrived early. The young man offered a kettle to use in the room. The reception area has hot and cold water. The continental breakfast area is also there. Continental breakfast daily bananas, strawberry yogurt, thick toast, toaster, fresh coffee, cheese, Quacker oats cereal on time 8 am to 9 am. Fresh and delicious. Pool clean. Stairs and surroundings clean. Room 113 clean, large bathroom, shower git and cold. Housekeeping staff are hard working, nice. The view from the top floor is beautiful. Bed Comfortable and clean. Sheets are changed after the guest leaves. House keeping daily. Location: Excellent, near grocery stores, near restaurants and street side grills. Near Split. I plan to come back. The lady at reception was polite and helpful. Thank you 🙏!

Clean, perfect located hotel, spacious rooms, friendly stuff! It was 4 of us with 2 babies included, hotel stuff provided comfortable and big pack and play for our baby.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy in an evenings from the music, if you travel with kids make sure to take white noise machine.

Its location, superb access to everything on your doorstep. The pool was excellent, the provision of pool and beach towels, the pleasant surprise of a complimentary continental breakfast. The rooftop chillout area.

A small negative if anything would be some drawers deep enough to put some clothes in. When staying longer than a day or more some drawers deep enough would be an added bonus. But not really a problem.

The plumbing wasn’t great. First night bathtub was blocked, called front desk and the rectified it immediately. I’m assuming because it’s a small island ran by pumps for water, I guess this can’t be helped, but the flushing power was poor. Also, everyday we could smell the sewage funk from the toilet. One day there was a small back flow because the was a small piece of fecal matter. Otherwise everything was fantastic

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire property was clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The rooftop was a lovely bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms and beds. It was perfect for our group of three friends traveling together, we each had our own comfy queen size beds. The breakfast was limited but nice to have something free to grab.

I wish breakfast was available for a longer period of time, you could only grab something between 8am-9am. It was a very simple offering but it was still appreciated.

We had a sea view with a balcony overlooking the Caribbean. You can't complain about a view like that. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% stay there again.

Housekeeping is on island time. Caye Caulker is known for their mantra "go slow." Apparently this extends to hospitality staff. Our room was often not cleaned until late afternoon if at all. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper several times. They were very polite, just didn't have any sense of urgency in meeting basic requests.
