I like the person when I got there he was friendly and helpful

The bath tub stopper in the tub didn’t work , we got a room with a tub so my wife could take a bath , it wouldn’t stay down , but it is what is, tried to tell the girl that morning when I was checking she didn’t care, just acted like so what, the continental breakfast was a little to be desired, not much and was small little cup cakes and some cereal or you can make your own waffle and the mix didn’t look too great, we allowed to go eat breakfast somewhere else

The beds were great. I was glad they had the refrigerator and the microwave in the room.

The bathtub appeared to have paper or paint or something in it, which made it unpleasing. There was no coffee in the coffee pot in the room so we’re unable to make coffee this morning. Usually when there’s a coffee pot in the room, there’s also coffee. We also didn’t appreciate all the drunk people outside in the parking lot at night.

It was a great location, easy to get downtown. The breakfast was wonderful. The waffles were easy to make. The fruit fresh. The staff was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. The shower was hot with p!entry of hot water.

One of the box springs had a massive stain that was overly noticeable. The toilet was very unstable and rocked when sitting down as nd standing up. It felt like it was going to break a pipe. The mattresses have seen their better day. The were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on.

They were accommodating to pets without any additional fees. I liked they had a pool for relaxing in the evening after a day of wine tasting. And, for the number of times I locked myself out of my room, the front desk staff were friendly and hospital to make another key! Room was clean and comfortable. The Mexican restaurant next door was delicious. This was probably the best hotel of my cross country trip!

I needed to do some laundry and the front desk did not maintain change so that I could operate their machines- had to drive down the road to get change.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. I had ridden my Harley to Fredericksburg for the 4th of July and forgot my phone charge.I asked if they had one and she let me use hers. I wait in the lobby and had a nice conversation with them. They definitely went above and beyond for me.

The breakfast could’ve stayed open later lol but I guess at that point when I got up it would be lunch time. So no, no complaints I really enjoyed my trip there, everyone one I met there was really and a lot of fun.

The breakfast was great, I liked how close it was to the shopping. It was our Anniversary on Monday July 21st so we decided to stay at Fredericksburg for that. It was a very quiet stay. Very clean,and the price was great.

Quick and easy checking and the Day Staff was excellent.

Apparently the door to my room was recently replaced, but the door sweep was not installed, which left a half inch opening between the door and the door frame, which c iuld allow bugs and other pests to enter the room

Bed was so comfy, especially the pillows. The air conditioner worked very well. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was ready and eager to help with questions. The refrigerator kept my snacks cold and my ice packs frozen.

The location to downtown but most of all I had a problem and the manager Ateet went above and beyond to fix the issue. We will be staying at the property in the future.

The “breakfast” could be camped up a notch. Not enough variety or inventory.

It’s a work in progress. They are doing some renovations and I’m ok with that ,,,

The steps going upstairs were a little rough to walk on do to needing a makeover but I’m sure they’ll get around to repairing them as well.
