The hotel was great, close to the main area in Puerto Ayora. The man at reception was great, very friendly and helpful as well as great English. The breakfast was good and in a nice area. My flight was later than my checkout time and I was able to leave my luggage safely at the hotel so I did not have to walk around with it. The room was spacious and very clean. The cleaners made the bed and room great every time. Overall a great stay with lovely staff.

The location was good. The room was very, very clean. The hotel is good value for money. It is just a short walk to the main strip.

Unfortunately, people allow pets to do their business and do not pick up after their pets. The location of the hotel is not far from the main strip, but far enough for us to experience people's lack of due diligence in picking up after their pets. Not the hotel's fault but there are not many hotels on the main strip so our experience may have been the same even if we were at a different hotel.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped, with a well working air condition. Hotel is near to the center of Puerto Ayora. But the extraordinary at Hotel Palace is the staff: All staff members were really helpful and friendly. They helped us with planning day tours and transfers and had good recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities. We could leave our luggage while we were some nights on another Island. The breakfast was freshly and lovely prepared every morning, even when we needed to leave before official breakfast time. We very enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel strongly for your stay at Galapagos!

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Every day, the host, Sonia, would offer me fresh fruits, whole-grain bread, tea, granola, and yogurt. She was very attentive, making sure I was well-fed.

The hotel is located a short distance from the main center. Galapagos has many side streets, and the hotel is one of them. But the host Sonia is so pleasant that she makes up for anything.

Clean large bedroom, comfortable bed, nice breakfast consisting of eggs how you desire, toast, bread with jam and butter, fruit and yoghurt with coffee/ tea/ juice. The room was quiet and had AC which meant it was comfortable all the time. The bathroom was nice with a bath and a shower but could do with slight updating. You had to wait a little for hot water but that is normal on the island so wasn’t a problem. The staff were very friendly The location is very good being just a 7/8 minute walk from the main high street and sea.

I feel I could have been offered more information about tours and what to prioritise seeing on my short stay, but other than that everything was very good :)

The rooms are nice and clean, large, comfortable, and modern. Hotel about a 5 min walk to the main street by the harbour where all the restaurants are. Staff are pleasant, helpful and speak English. They were great in arranging a very reasonably priced taxi tour of the Highlands for us : ) Also, can fill up water bottles with purified water which, given the need to stay hydrated in the Galapagos, was appreciated.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! My partner needed medical treatment and the staff went out of their way to help us. Room was very clean and the Internet connection was very strong.

Our room didn’t have any shampoo.

The facilities were exceptional. The staff was superb, Sonia, was amazing, she took us to a nice place to have breakfast, she and her son recommend us many good places in town to have lunch and dinner. They take care of us amazingly.

warm welcome from the reception upon arrival, very nice room with big comfortable bed, little fridge in the room, very clean place, nice breakfast. as we were leaving very early on the last day, they provided us with breakfast to take away. special thanks for Jose who was very welcoming and helpful during our stay the place is located in a quiet area but not far from the main streets
