The property was very nice. The location within walking distance to the terminal was great. The food at the restaurant was really good. The morning we left, we had breakfast at the buffet in the restaurant and it was very good. Nice selection. Our waitress was amazing. She was so friendly and nice. She made it seem like we were eating at her home.

The only negative would be the bathroom door setup or lack thereof. I would not had an issue with the sliding door if there was a way to keep it closed., which there wasn’t.

The location was ideal for an early morning flight out of Knoxville. The lighting in the bathroom was great. The beds and bed linen were very comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely kind upon check-in.

I was under the impression parking was free if you were a guest at the hotel. It was misinformation I had received. But I still feel $11.00/day is a little much for parking in extended stay. Although it's better than $21.00/day at the airport.

we loved the pool area. It was great for you her children with multi levels and the fun waterfall.

It seemed like the lobby area was very dark and dim for a newer hotel. The parking was far away. The young Starbucks girl closed before the time she told us and locked the door and wouldn’t let us in. I complained to the front desk and quickly remedied the situations c brought is a free pink drink I had promised my daughter all day with. There was an older lady in the restaurant that was grouchy. I would stay here again maybe they will read this to talk to their staff that they are in the hospitality business’s

The location is exceptional. We just wanted a hotel near the airport. We were exhausted from a long flight and to have a hotel just a few metres away was very handy. The staff is very friendly and we also enjoyed breakfast there.

They charged 100 dollars as a deposit at the check-in and never refunded. Be careful. Not honest.

The property is clean, well appointed, and right next to the airport. There rooms surround an atrium that has a bar and coffee shop that sells travel items. (The front desk will provide a toothbrush and toothpaste if necessary.) The rooms are large, well decorated, with a bed with side tables and charging units, a desk, a large tv, and a large armchair with ottoman, and art. There is an actual closet with a safe. There is a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bathroom is also spacious, very clean, and comes with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The windows all look in toward the atrium, which means also into the other rooms.

Location is adjacent to the airport (you can walk to the terminal). The manager on duty (Destiny), was great!

Long term parking when you stay at the hotel would be a nice touch so you don't have to move your vehicle to an airport parking lot.

The pool area was clean and welcoming. Hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was good but we did receive a milk that was out of date, that would have been our only complaint from the entire stay. Hotel was very clean in all areas and SO big! Exercise room was nice. Restaurant was pricey and we waited quite a long time for food.

We thought the restaurant was the bar from the pictures. Wanted to eat there because it was up in a separate area but wasn’t offered.

Beautiful hotel -with exceptional staff and services! Wonderful front desk and night management on site! We will not stay any place else for convenience to the Alcoa Knoxville airport!

The gal at the front desk went above and beyond to help us at check in!! We had a rough time getting to Knoxville (delays etc.) we were exhausted. She made everything easier, even gave us some chocolates 😍

I didn't eat breakfast in the restaurant, but the coffee and breakfast bars accessibly in the lobby was a great idea.

I think the hotel and staff did an excellent job. No problems at all.
