The hotel had no record or note of the breakfast that I paid for so I did not receive breakfast on either morning. I was attending a conference and was not able to contact you at the time. I expect a credit for the breakfast. I did not receive.

Location was great - easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The room was lovely - a good amount of space and well set up for working with a desk and sofa with a table. Bed was comfortable. Nice amenities as well.

Nothing - was only there a short time and everything was great for what I needed.

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Excellent exercise and pool facilities. Easy to use parking garage. Very friendly and helpful staff. I loved the location and thought the price was excellent for the value received.

There was no information about room service or dining options in the room. At this level of hotel, I expected more options. When I called the front desk to learn about room service, I had to go online to find a menu and call back. The food was delivered on paperware. Also, there was no way to connect my laptop to the television. For a "business-oriented hotel" that is unacceptable. The electronics were reminiscent of hotels of 20 years ago.

Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was amazing and rooms were cleaned daily.

Self parking was a challenge. We had to call for help each time we wanted to exit the structure.

Great location. Will return again so we can walk to local steakhouses.

Valet situation was a disaster. One employee on busy Sunday mornings is insane! Crows went crazy at 6am Sunday morning! No bueno!

The breakfast was good but pricey. The hotel is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops and not far from Granite Park.

Everything was great except the shower wasn’t as clean with hairs on floor but everything else was great.

One of the best all around places I’ve stayed. All staff were excellent, friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

The Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. I have to say that the food made the biggest impression! The buffet breakfast is a little pricey but has an incredible selection of fabulous food! The food on the menu is also terrific! We highly recommend the Peruvian Beer Can Chicken! I even attempted to make it when we got home! We were there for a business meeting and everything that was served was DELICIOUS!!

I can't think of anything that needed improvement.

Breakfast staff were excellent.

I was supposed to be upgraded to a suite and was told that a suite was not available. The hotel was far from full so that was disappointing.

already praised the Copper kettle staff under 'what went well". What a great way to start the morning with that breakfast and EXCELLENT STAFF
