Absolute friendly personnel, especially Katia who told us a bit about the garden of the hotel and gave us some nice tips. Different practical sites on the grounds to relax: a garden part with sunbeds and trees for shade,a seating area, an area with a small snacks/drinks bar, the pool with sunbeds… No real beach strip in front of the hotel, but there are two places with steps to enter the sea (with pebbles - you can buy water shoes in some shops-cheaper than on the internet at home!) Hotel right on the main road of Argassi with a wide choice of good eating places. Quite some restaurants offer a choice of vegetarian/vegan dishes! A lot of shops too ( 2 supermarkets; a lot of souvenirs shops) We stayed in a nice, big apartment (n° 134) next to the main building on the first floor with a beautful view of the sea right in front of us! Good twin beds in bedroom and single bed (perhaps a bit short for very tall people) in livingroom. Small kitchen with cutlery ,crockery and some pots/pans./Coffee/tea facilities ./ TV in living (not in bed) room . /Little safe at the bottom of the wardrobe in bedroom. No problems with the toilet (disposing of paper no problem like some reviews indicated -At least not in this apartment.) Cleaned and new towels every day (in the afternoon). Breakfast excellent : different sorts of bread (white/dark); fresh fruit-vegs; cereals-oatmeal;choco paste-jam; cheese;meat;beans; eggs boiled-sunny side up-omelette, fresh pastry….; Coffee, teas, fruit juice, … All in all , an excellent place to stay at only 6kms from Zakynthos capital!

Only a few details: No lift but stairs to the apartments on the first floor. So,for less mobile people this may be a bit difficult.But if you wish they carry your luggage to the apartment. Only one wash stand/ No hooks or shelves in the bath room to leave your things on./No shelves in the wardrobe./Only Greek TVchannels (but we never asked to help us with this.We were out every evening ;) Nothing to do with the hotel: we never saw one bus passing (May).We always took the taxi to Zakynthos centre (10€ for a one-way trip; 16€ to the Venetian fort;20€ to the airport). PS The official taxi tariffs are listed on cardboards at a pole at the taxi stands of the airport and in Zakynthos centre. So, you don't need to haggle....

Central location in Argassi, lots of shops restaurants within few mins walk Very friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily, cleaners were excellent. Laid back atmosphere with mix of mainly Dutch & Eastern Europe visitors Easy access into the sea which was Beautiful and clear and plenty of space in hotel gardens to relax. We stayed in a bungalow in the grounds of the hotel which had everything we needed. Breakfast had a great choice and plenty of it especially liked the orange juice served till 10am.

WiFi was a little temperamental Not an issue for us but note that the Only English Channel on tv was bbc world news which was available 65% of the time.

The hotel will be located in a wonderful place, right on the sea coast. An indescribably beautiful view could be seen from the balcony in the room: the green area, the sea, the pool. Sitting on the balcony in the morning, I watched the rising sun, and in the evening I listened to the roar of the sea waves... The beach is sandy, there are some pebbles at the beginning, you can wade quite far because the coast is shallow. Perfect for children. There are showers and toilets. There is also a swimming pool in the hall, well-maintained and spacious. There is a bar by the pool. Nice relaxation area both on the beach and by the pool. Breakfast is good. The choice is wide, for various tastes. And the breakfast area is adapted to everyone's wishes: both inside, outside in the gazebo, and by the sea...

One minus - it was difficult to use the Internet in the room. Communication was very weak or non-existent. You had to go to the common terrace to use it.

I liked the Mimosa Beach Hotel. Our room in the hotel was large and clean, with two balconies overlooking the sea, with a kitchen. And it was something incredible. It was very cozy and comfortable. At the reception, the employees were very polite, always ready to help. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The room was cleaned every day. Near the hotel there are many different bars, shops, pharmacies, everything you need. We will be happy to come back again. We had a very good time there. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mimoza Hotel in Zakynthos and it was a truly delightful experience. Here are some highlights that made my stay memorable: The hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk away from various restaurants and the vibrant city center. Whether you’re looking to indulge in some delicious Greek food or do some shopping, everything is within easy reach. One of the standout features of Mimoza Hotel is its private access to the beach.

While breakfast is included with the stay, I found the quality of the products to be lacking. The selection did not meet my expectations, and the overall experience could be improved with fresher and more diverse offerings. Additionally, the snack bar had limited options, which was disappointing when looking for a quick bite during the day.

The pool and the private beach are amazing. The sea view from the room terrace was nice. Breakfast was good. The reception attendance was professional. The price is aligned with the other structures in the area. The hotel is old but well maintained.

The bar has potential but not managed adequately. Too many stairs, we had a stroller and maybe the receptionist could proactively suggest a different room since we asked for a crib. The dining hall is very huge for the number of people hosted. The shower was so small and the curtain position was strange.

We had a lovely, big room. Beds were comfortable.. shower takes a while to get warm but wow, then you'll have a nice hot shower. Everyday the beds were made, clean towels and toilet bin emptied. The daily breakfast was fantastic. Overall, a clean hotel which I highly recommend.

Having to put your used toiletpaper is a bin, otherwise it will block the system - not only in this hotel but EVERYWHERE in Greece.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Mimoza in the bungalows and Apts . They are very clean and comfortable The location is perfect , just steps from the sea and the pool . All restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The gardens are lovely and there are always plenty of sun beds available . The staff are exceptional, so helpful and friendly , nothing is too much trouble . I love it here and have already booked to return

Good comfortable property next to a beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff at reception were extremely helpful. Decent breakfast. Car rentals also available right next to the property in case you wanted to rent for a day or two. Very close to the airport

Had to pay for pool side towels. Would have been better if it was a deposit system instead of having to pay for them.

This place is adorable. I especially recommend booking a Bungalow. The staff was very helpful, friendly and guided us for the tours and restaurants. There’s so many restaurants and bars within the hotel so we didn’t have any problems searching for a place to eat or hang out. We also didn’t have a vehicle but because the bus stop was right across the street we could still travel to other destinations with ease. There is also a supermarket nearby which was helpful.

You need to book a taxi from the airport to the hotel if you don’t have a vehicle (the hotel can book for you). Also you can directly enter the sea but there is no beach or sand. You can go to the Banana beach by bus (for free) instead but you cannot return until 16:00.
